I Just Happened To Be Browsing One Day And Wondered If Any Of This Stuff Might Apply To The DVD Set Below

http://www.amazon.com/Battlestar-Galactica-Complete-Epic-Series/dp/B00018LTDI/ref=sr_1_1?s=movies-tv&ie=UTF8&qid=1335817227&sr=1-1

http://www.expertlaw.com/library/product_liability/product_liability.html

I especially liked this tasty little morsel right here...

quote - "The goal of product liability laws is to help protect consumers from dangerous products, while holding manufacturers, distributors, and retailers responsible for putting into the marketplace products that they knew or should have known were dangerous or defective. Depending upon the jurisdiction, the liability of the various parties involved as the product passes from the manufacturer to the consumer will vary." - unquote

This is a fun article too...

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Product_liability

Was "Battlestar Galactica - The Complete Epic Series" (the DVD set above) ever product tested in 2003 via (an experimental prototype for study before mass distribution) for any sorts of  manufacturing defects (such as disc freezing due to excessive content on the first disc - 'The 3-hour pilot movie', a 45 minute minute documentary, 32 minutes of deleted scenes on side 1, more deleted scenes on side 2, the '2 hour second episode', a 5 minute mini-doc with Glen A, Larson, a 5 minute mini-doc with Stu Phillips, and a three way audio commentary with Richard Hatch, Dirk Benedict, and Herb Jefferson Jr?")

I didn't think so...

And all of this content was crammed into a crappy "DVD-18" disc??

Sweet Holy Moses!!

That comes out to be roughly "7 hours" of material crammed onto one disc. A television mini-series of the same length would be spread out over 3 DVD discs at the very least if put out by any other movie studio not insane like Universal Studios is.

Sweet Holy Moses!!

No wonder you can't watch the entire middle portion of "Saga of a Star World" because the disc freeze begins just at the point where Boxey is abducted by the Ovions and continues on through to the point where Adama and Tigh are discussing the various mysteries of "Carillon" in Adama's quarters.

Sweet Holy Moses!!

Has Your Copy Of "Battlestar Galactica - The Complete Epic Series" Begun To Suffer From "Disc Rot" Yet?

http://www.hometheaterforum.com/t/310985/battlestar-galactica-the-complete-epic-series

quote - "I am bringing this topic up since Universal Studios released this set as flipper discs using some gold colored discs. It would seem that they don't stand the test of time. Discs that worked perfectly now seem to have flaws in them. Disc one has so much data on it that compression must be an issue. I am wondering if anybody else is having an issue." - unquote

quote - "James, you're talking about Universal Studios. They seem to have zero love for *any* older series. I'm beginning to think they are waiting on the world of "software as a service" where they'll only offer a monthly subscription to titles available only to stream.

To the OP:
Universal released *many* series/movies on poorly manufactured DVD-18s (2 sides, 2 layers). The gold color is indicative they are DVD-18 disks, although many are silver. I do not know if those which are gold are more problematic. In spite of complaints about and *many* issues with those pressings Universal continued to release flawed product. Most titles released in that format have never been given a updated release to fix those issues. I've read comments that they may have a shorter life span due to instability with the glue holding the layers together. I have *many* Universal titles in this flawed format but so far I've had no problems outside initial ones where I've been able to get a replacement disk during the "warranty" period. However, every time I play one of these disks my enjoyment is lessened as I expect issues. This is based on comments from others, like yours. While other manufacturers released titles in that format they didn't seem to have as many issues as those from Universal. However, I stopped purchasing "Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea" (Fox) because I *never* got good copies of S1V1 or S1V2 (after several exchanges on both). I do not own the original "Battlestar" so can't help you on that one, but "reviews" at amazon indicate others had pixilation/skipping/freezing issues when this set was released. Even so, I'd suggest contacting Universal about your issue. Worst case is they ignore you, but they might actually replace your disk(s), although you would have to pay postage for the return." - unquote

quote - "I now know what dvd rot is since my disc 3 which contains Living Legend pts one and two will not play anywhere. It even jammed in my dvd player and broke when I managed to get it out. I owned two sets with the huge Cylon head and now have two incomplete sets since the other disc 3 had a huge crack and broke in my hand. This was caused by the packaging itself since to get the discs out of their respective hubs is a job in itself. Gold coated discs stink imho and seem to have the largest failure rate. Why Universal would want to use them is beyond me since the sets went for good money at the time of there release." -unquote

quote - "True true! But I actually just meant the customer could copy the movie to a burned form of media as a backup and a way to get it to play. As long as you have the original and don't sell (or give away) copies... are you doing anything illegal? I don't think so...not sure. Still, Universal is selling something that doesn't work as advertised and I feel they have cheated us." - unquote

Galactica Production Watch #1: - Where Is This Movie?

Yeah OK...It takes alot more than 6 months to make a movie, but the fact that we are moving into the "7 Month Mark" after this movie was announced by both Universal Studios and Bryan Singer on October 17th, 2011 (with this accompanying video report) with no further news after "John Orloff" was announced as the supposed scriptwriter of this flick a month later..leads just about everyone to believe that Universal Studios and Bryan Singer have (once again) intentionally lied to the general public about this supposed movie being in production.

Given the fact that we are indeed moving into the "7 Month Mark" after this intentionally deceptive press release on the part of Universal Studios and Bryan Singer was released, with Universal and Singer (typically) unable to produce any physical evidence that this movie is in production...

...calls for both Universal Studios and Bryan Singer to come clean and admit to the general public that they intentionally lied to them about this movie going into and being in production...just as they did previously in 2009 and 2001.

It would be perfectly appropriate for both Universal Studios and Bryan Singer to APOLOGIZE to the general public for repeatedly and intentionally not making this movie after repeatedly and intentionally announcing it.

Do You Mean To Tell Me That After Six Months, These Are The Only Two Guys Universal Studios Has On Staff?

Oh, that's right. We're talking about Universal Studios and their bi-ennial movie announcements with "Galactica." Nothing to see here or there since the movie isn't actually being made.

This Is Where Universal Studios And Bryan Singer Always Seem To Fall Off of The Face of The Earth

http://www.iamrogue.com/news/movie-news/item/5103-exclusive-screenwriter-john-orloff-talks-bryan-singers-battlestar-galactica.html

Immediately after the announcement of a supposed scriptwriter for their supposed "Battlestar Galactica" theatrical film, or if it's a television production...

Immediately after the announcement of a showrunner(s)

Now the above link is dated October 2011. Under no circumstance would it take a scriptwriter six months or longer to write a screenplay. Not by a long shot.

I wonder what John Orloff has really been doing for the past six months instead of actually working on a "Battlestar Galactica" screenplay.

And of course always after this point, we never hear from Universal Studios and Bryan Singer ever again regarding a "Battlestar Galactica" feature film.

Although Universal Studios Is No Doubt Having Fun With Their Routine, Misleading "Galactica Movie" Press Releases Every Two Years...

...At what point are these deliberately misleading press releases going to catch up with Universal Studios and damage their reputation as a business if it hasn't done so already and long before now?

How much longer can a movie studio keep releasing intentionally misleading press releases intentionally leading to no "Galactica" movie at all?

I Wonder How Universal Studios Will Screw Up This Science Fiction Project

http://movies.yahoo.com/news/universal-picking-charlize-theron-sci-fi-project-agent-020217017.html

NBC-Universal has completely wrecked and junked the once great "Sci-Fi Channel" of the 1990s. They completely wrecked and junked the "Battlestar Galactica" property in every conceivable way.

Now, they want to move on and make a Science Fiction movie of some sort based upon some obscure comic book from the late 1980s.

I have always found it interesting that Universal Studios has practiced the following deranged logic among many, many other examples:

1. They actually stated at one point in the early 2000s that one of the reasons why they didn't want to make a movie based upon the "1978 Battlestar Galactica" series is because they felt no one would remember the series.

2. Yet they went ahead and made a big budget remake of the Saturday morning kids show "Land of the Lost" starring Will Ferrell (a remake of a Saturday morning kids show from the year 1974) which aired four years earlier than the "1978 Battlestar Galactica" series (a kids show infinitely more obscure and infinitely lesser known than the "1978 Battlestar Galactica series.)

3. This new movie starring Charlize Theron (based upon an obscure comic book from the late 1980s that 99% of the global population hasn't even heard of) will most likely get made long before any theatrical film based upon the "1978 Battlestar Galactica" series will - an infinitely better known property than this new movie with Charlize Theron.

4. Universal Studios also did a live action remake of "Josie & The Pussycats", another infinitely lesser known property than the "1978 Battlestar Galactica" series.

Do you see the pattern in Universal Studios behavior? I know I do.

Separated At Birth? The Frown Must Run In The "SyFy Channel Family"

I wonder if Ronald D. Moore and Edward James Olmos look this way while standing in the unemployment line and in front of the mirror.

Standard procedure publicity "photo posing" for promoting Ronald D. Moore's "GINO" series in the 2000s.

1. Stand sideways in front of the camera.

2. Turn your body to the left (ever so slightly) towards the camera.

3. Frown!! Frown!! Frown!! Frown as though you mean it!! Frown because you mistakenly believe that the public is in "awe" of you. Frown because you mistakenly believe that you are involved with a smash hit television series.

I Think It's Safe to Say That This is The Most Current News We Will Ever Get From Universal Studios And Bryan Singer

Because history has taught us that the two of them never get much beyond the "announcement phase" of their "Battlestar Galactica" movie announcements.

A scriptwriter hired here....a caterer hired there.

I Trust The Global Population Has Now Grown Accustomed To These Sham "Bi-ennial Movie Announcements" of Universal Studios And Bryan Singer

Their "Bi-ennial Battlestar Galactica Movie Announcements" that never lead to any sort of actual movie.

Let's see now....Their last "sham" movie announcement was on October 17th, 2011.

Their "sham" movie announcement before that one was around October 17th, 2009.

That means we can expect their next "sham" movie announcement around October 17th, 2013.

Stay tuned everybody!!

It's Always a Funny Thing About Bryan Singer's "Filmography"....

http://www.fandango.com/bryansinger/filmography/p193696

The "Battlestar Galactica" movies he and Universal Studios have been announcing together (since 2001) either do not show up at all...or they are listed as "In Development."

In this particular "Filmography"....it is (once again)...the former.

Is Universal Studios Still Counting On The Passage of Time To Fade Everyone's Memory of This Announcement They Made On October 17th, 2011?

The best piece of advice I could give Universal Studios is.....

"DON'T COUNT ON IT"

And I personally invite all of my blog readers from all over the world to routinely check http://www.imdb.com for updates on this supposed production. Thus far, there has been none.

Whatever Happened To The Long Term And Proud Legacy Ronald D. Moore's "Galactica in Name Only" (GINO) Series Was Supposed To Leave Behind?

Oh, that'r right!! All of that "Proud Legacy" nonsense vanished after "GINO" was cancelled during its low rated fourth season. Preceded by its other three low rated seasons.

All of that "Proud Legacy" nonsense vanished the moment "GINO" was unplugged from its "Steroid Pumped-Up Stealth Marketing Machine" orchestrated by the stealth marketing firm "Abraham & Harrison."

All of that "Proud Legacy" nonsense was as artificial as the invite "GINO" received from the United Nations.

And as artificial as that ridiculous award that "GINO" received from Harlan Ellison.

All of those fake accolades "GINO" received and the fake meanings attached to them vanished as soon as "GINO" was cancelled.

So goes the "Temporary Urinary Waste Environment" of the television industry.

I'm reminded of the episode "The Lost Warrior" from the "1978 Battlestar Galactica" series. The moment the character of "LeCerta" has his primary henchman taken from him...The armed "Cylon Centurion"....."LeCerta" quietly walks into the darkness of night never to return.

Armed "Cylon Centurion" = "GINO's" stealth marketing campaign.
"LeCerta" = Ronald D. Moore

Universal Studios Killed "The Six Million Dollar Man" On DVD

Gee, wasn't Universal Studios supposed to release all five seasons individually of "The Six Million Dollar Man" after they released the mammoth boxed set pictured above offered thru "Time-Life?"

Yet, here we are a year and a half later and Universal Studios has only managed to releases seasons 1 and 2 individually, as the http://www.amazon.com search shows.....

http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_noss_1?url=search-alias%3Dmovies-tv&field-keywords=six+million+dollar+man

Seasons 3-5 pictured in the search are from the mammoth boxed set being sold individually by private vendors.

Not only that. But you can now only get anything "Six Million Dollar Man" related thru private vendors at outrageous prices as the search shows.

What was it I said yesterday?

"Universal Studios: The #1 Enemy of 'Battlestar Galactica' and Science Fiction in General."

It should be noted also that the mammoth boxed set of "The Six Million Dollar Man" pictured above was a limited release. You can't get it anymore.

Universal Studios (NBC-Universal) Is The #1 Enemy of "Battlestar Galactica" And Science Fiction In General, In Hollywood

Battlestar Galactica -

Universal Studios is effortlessly movng into "3 strikes and you're out" territory with "Battlestar Galactica." At least as far as any theatrical project is concerned. Theatrical projects announced in 2001 and 2009 both never came to fruition. And their theatrical project announced on October 17th, 2011 with Bryan Singer (once again) slated to direct shows no signs of existence presently, 6 months later.

It doesn't take an Albert Einstein or a Stephen Hawking to decipher what has been and is going on here. Universal Studios hates "Battlestar Galactica" (plain & simple), particularly the only true "Galactica" series that aired in 1978.

Whether 3 consecutive derailed theatrical projects indicates deliberate self-sabotage of the "Galactica" property by Universal Studios I'll let the readers of this blog decide. Personally, I believe it does.

Science Fiction -

NBC-Universal's "SyFy Channel" is anything and everything except Science Fiction programming. What it is instead, is their personal corporate dumping ground for every rotten programming idea that strikes their fancy at any spontaneous moment in time. Crime drama movies from the "USA Film Vaults", a cooking show, wrestling...you name it.

The unanimous opinion of NBC-Universal's "SyFy Channel" is that it is a quite vocal and openly declared staunch enemy of Science Fiction television programming both past and present. My personal opinion being that Science Fiction television programming is "too cerebral" for NBC-Universal, Bonnie Hammer, David Howe, and Mark Stern to deal with. So they made such programming their mortal enemy. And it's much, much easier for them to put "junk" on the air as opposed to programming requiring some thought and imagination. Their collective work days are much, much easier by merely putting "junk" on the air.

Is NBC-Universal doing any better in producing Science Fiction, theatrical movies on a regular basis? Nope. Nothing comes up on their radar in this area as well. Not even the success of J.J. Abrams "Star Trek" reboot in 2009 has motivated Universal Studios to try and be competitive. They are repeatedly unwilling to come up with a "Battlestar Galactica" theatrical film in order to compete, or any other Science Fiction type film of any sort. As for any type of ongoing series of Science Fiction type movies as Paramount Pictures is doing with "Star Trek", forget it. Universal Studios lacks the commitment and the drive to do so.

Edward James Olmos Has Never Gotten The "Inside Joke" That His Entire Career Has Consisted Of Nothing But "Frowning"

Perhaps he should have avoided any visual references to his trademarked "frowning" on the introductory video to his production company...

http://www.edwardjamesolmos.com/fvcs/index.htm#/home/

Of course...the production company of Edward James Olmos generates about as much excitement and enthusiasm as does Bryan Singer's "Bad Hat Harry Productions."

I wonder if Mr. Olmos will manage to get any of his projects made as opposed to Bryan Singer.

Is It "Out With The Old & In With The New" As Far As Bryan Singer And J.J. Abrams Are Concerned?

A decade ago, the future seemed sparkling bright for Bryan Singer after having come straight off of directing "X-Men" and "X-Men 2." He seemed to be the new "Science Fiction Guy" in town ready to replace George Lucas and Steven Spielberg in Science Fiction cinema. That of course never happened as Bryan Singer's career seemed to take endless meandering detours with such underwhelming films as "Valkyrie", and he somehow (unfortunately) got mixed up with Universal Studios and their endless "Stop - Go"...."Stop - Go"...nonsense with the "Battlestar Galactica" feature films that never got made beginning in 2001. Unfortunately for Bryan Singer, he never broke ties with Universal Studios and continued to be the figure head to blame for every "Battlestar Galactica" movie that never got made after every bi-annual announcement. Not only that, but he also never got anything else made while continuing to associate with Universal Studios. The "Mini-Momentum" he had built for himself in the early 2000s after directing "X-Men" and "X-Men 2" (as a promising new Science Fiction film director) has all of the appearances of having faded away permanently from what I can gather due to his association with Universal Studios.

I believe Bryan Singer's time in Hollywood has long since passed. He is no longer the "flavor of the month" after directing "X-Men" and "X-Men 2" because he has so squandered every opportunity since then to build upon that momentum (primarily due to his inability to complete a "Battlestar Galactica" feature film no matter how many times they are announced) that Hollywood is now looking elsewhere for the next "Science Fiction Film Guy" even if every blown opportunity with a "Battlestar Galactica" feature film has been Universal Studios fault. As i said earlier, Bryan Singer is the "Figure Head to Blame" everytime a "Battlestar Galactica" movie fails to get made, because his name is always out front representing the project above Universal Studios name, and above everyone elses name as well.

J.J. Abrams on the other hand has had no such problems with his career primarily due to the fact that he hasn't been associated with Universal Studios in any way. Abrams is flying high after successfully re-booting "Star Trek" in 2009, and he is already moving into physical production of "Star Trek 2." I dare say that Bryan Singer is the antiquated relic from the 2000s slowly being replaced by J.J. Abrams as the new "Science Fiction Guy" in Hollywood to turn to if you want a Science Fiction movie successfully made.

Since Bryan Singer never really embraced the title in the first place.

Does Universal Studios Ever Have One Of Those Guys On Staff Whose Job It Is To See To It That Movies Get Made?

I think they call those guys...."Executive Producers"

It's reasonable to assume that none of the..."cough"...proposed "Battlestar Galactica" movies dating back to 2001 has ever had one of those guys.

And no...Bryan Singer doesn't count.

Ronald D. Moore And Sony Renewed Their Contract Together? Why?

According to one of the derelicts on the now extremely antiquated www.Syfy.com forums, Sony and Ronald D. Moore have renewed their contract together after what? Two unfruitful years together? What have Sony and Ronald D. Moore produced together during the past two years other than the rejected "17th Precinct" pilot? What has Ronald D. Moore brought to Sony other than that rejected television pilot?

I think Sony has lapsed into the same bad habits as NBC-Universal in that they are perfectly contented to have a guy on their payroll (Bryan Singer) who is all personal and stealth marketing hype and nothing else. Nothing in terms of actually delivering projects that are profitable and long term durable.

I think both Universal Studios and Sony executives patiently stare up at the stars along with Bryan Singer and Ronald D. Moore hoping that some stupendous, financially successful project will be conjured up among the lot of them together. Nothing ever happens, but Moore's and Singer's contracts keep getting rubber stamp renewals regardless.

The Moral of The Story? Paramount Pictures Always Makes Progress On its Film Projects Whereas Universal Studios Doesn't

Oh my goodness!! So much production information about Paramount Pictures and J.J. Abrams "Star Trek 2!!" Casting, visual effects, returning cast members, production design!! You name it!!

It's already set in stone that Universal Studios and Bryan Singer would never, ever get this far in the production of their supposed "Battlestar Galactica" movie announced on October 17th, 2011.

Because Universal and Singer are who and what they are....whereas Paramount and Abrams are who and what they are.

Read The Book of Eternally Unfolding Prophecy

http://www.amazon.com/Universal-Studios-Battlestar-Galactica-Series/dp/1434895408/ref=sr_1_2?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1334082795&sr=1-2

Universal Studios executive sure have, and left negative, stealth marketing based reviews of the book on http://www.amazon.com because of it.

I guess they don't like to face the truth about themselves.

Remember This Guy? Remember Tom DeSanto? Neither Does 95% of The Rest of The Global Population

Last seen....Overseeing Bryan Singer's production company..."Bad Hat Harry Productions."

Perhaps we need to issue "Amber Alerts" for both Mr. DeSanto and "Bad Hat Harry Productions as well."

Weekly "Amber Alerts" To Be Issued For Bryan Singer's Missing "Battlestar Galactica" Movie

The movie possibly abducted on October 17th, 2011 at about the time this announcement was broadcast.

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1383701/

Has anyone seen it?

Especially troubling is the "Projects in Development" section of this page in the lower right hand portion...

http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0001741/

How is it physically possible for a movie to not make any sort of progress after 6 months have passed? For Bryan Singer and Universal Studios, not only is it possible, but it is also very, very routine.

How Much Longer Can a Channel As Boring As The "SyFy Channel" Possibly Survive?

The SyFy Channel has successfully proven (as laughably managed by Bonnie Hammer, David Howe, and Mark Stern), that the more ambiguous it has become, the more boring it has become also. Cable channels without a discernable on-air identity tend to be that way.

Of course, boredom hasn't been the SyFy Channel's only problem. Combine that with the channel's frequent mistakes in such areas as misinterpreting "Battlestar Galactica", having no love for the Science Fiction genre overall, favoring Horror over Science Fiction, and its reckless abandon in throwing any old thing on the air (Wrestling, the "Cape Fear" movie etc.), and you have a channel with no reason for really existing.

So, why is the SyFy Channel still hanging around? Why does it still insist on existing? Viewers can get wrestling from ESPN, the "Cape Fear" movie on DVD, all well done Science Fiction on DVD, and cooking shows on the Food Network, as well as cooking shows from Rachel Ray and Martha Stewart.

If the SyFy Channel was known for doing something....anything as innovative (and doing it well), then it would certainly justify its own existence. But to only (and repeatedly) offer viewers the same old types of shows that are always done much better everywhere else is certainly no reason for the SyFy Channel to still be hanging around.

What's This? No Bryan Singer At "Comic-Con" This Year?

In order to..."oh"....I don't know...Maybe give some updated information on the "Battlestar Galactica" movie he is supposed to be working on...announced on October 17th, 2011. Bryan Singer and the rest of the "Universal Studios / SyFy Channel Comedy Improv Group" are conspicuously absent from "Comic-Con 2012." I wonder why.

Interestingly (though thoroughly not surprising) "The Munsters" television pilot is apparently making more progress production wise than "Galactica" despite the fact that the "Battlestar Galactica" movie was announced a month earlier than "The Munsters."

Isn't that just like Universal Studios? So typical.

Who Could Direct And Make An Outstanding "Battlestar Galactica" Movie? Shawn Levy

Although I didn't find "Night at The Museum" and "Night at The Museum 2: Battle For The Smithsonian" to be necessarily funny, Shawn Levy handled both large scale productions with ease and professionalism. As the director of both films, I tip my hat to him for directing both large scale productions within a close time span of one another. This guy can handle chaos on screen with all of the CGI and the hundreds of extras that go along with it like an old pro who has been directing for decades. Plus, both films were period piece costume dramas from many different eras. A nightmare unto itself from a production standpoint.

Forget Bryan Singer, who hasn't been able to pull himself together in directing a "Battlestar Galactica" movie for 11 years now (and counting.) If I were in charge of hiring a director to helm a "Battlestar Galactica" movie, not only would I not take Bryan Singer seriously for the job, but I would easily cast him aside and hire Shawn Levy, based solely upon his directorial achievements in "Night at The Museum 1 & 2." Shawn Levy could very easily handle the directorial complexities of a "Battlestar Galactica" movie and its sequel. Plus...it wouldn't take him 11 + years to pull himself together in order to do it.

Pssssst!! (Whisper!!) Have You Ever Noticed That Universal Studios And Bryan Singer Never Accomplish Anything Together?

1. No "Battlestar Galactica" movie in 2001.
2. No "Battlestar Galactica" movie in 2009.
3. (Very likely) No "Battlestar Galactica" movie in 2013.
4. No "2012" mini-series for the SyFy Channel.
5. (Very likely) No "Munsters" remake for NBC-TV.
6. (Very likely) No "Six Million Dollar Man" remake.
7. No smaller, non-genre projects of any sort between the two of them.
8. Not even a sitcom or an infomercial between the two  of them.

(Whisper!!) "Is the general public not supposed to be noticing this?"

Another Month Begins Where We Won't Hear Any Further News From Universal Studios And Bryan Singer

Need I say more?

Oh, what the heck. I will say more.

October 17th, 2011 - Official announcement from Universal Studios and Bryan Singer that work will commence immediately on a new "Battlestar Galactica" feature film.

October 17th 2011 - April 2, 2012: No further news other than a scriptwriter supposedly being hired, which is never really news at all everytime Universal Studios is involved.

Sunday, April 1, 2012

Are You Still Awake, Universal Studios and Bryan Singer? Are You Still With Us?

We're moving into the 6 month mark as to when the both of you first announced this movie on October 17th, 2011.

Oh, I'm sorry!! Am I not supposed to keep bringing this up because it doesn't help the two of you in trying to con the public by repeatedly (and deliberately) not making this movie you keep announcing every two years?

I guess if I keep bringing this up, the official press release from October 17th, 2011 will never fade from anyone's memory. Oh darn!!
