Has Anyone Noticed That Instead of Physically Directing "X-Men - Days of Future Past", Bryan Singer Spends All of His Time on "Twitter" Claiming That He Is?
Is this another one of those situations where the general all around stupidity and naivete of the Internet population is being counted on to make yet another "Misinformation Campaign" of Bryan Singer appear real?
If a director really is directing a major theatrical movie, it is non-stop round the clock work from the beginning of pre-production, to principal photography, to post-production. From what I can gather, Bryan Singer doesn't have the time to be directing "X-Men: Days of Future Past" because he spends so much time "Tweeting" and giving Internet interviews claiming that he is.
Anyone (including high school kids) can do what Bryan Singer is currently doing on "Twitter" and it wouldn't appear any less legitimate.
What is even less encouraging are these supposed "Behind The Scenes" photos of "X-Men: Days of Future Past" Singer keeps posting that look like they aren't even associated with this supposed "X-Men" production at all.
1. A picture of two wheelchairs that looks like it could have been taken in the maternity ward of any hospital in the United States or Canada.
2. A behind the scenes photo of something under construction (a curved wall specifically) that looks like it could be anything under construction at all not associated with any Hollywood movie.
Additionally, if "X-Men: Days of Future Past" has a set in stone release date of June 2014, it looks like Bryan Singer is way behind schedule in pre-production (shades of "Excalibur") if all that he has so far are two wheelchairs and a section of a wall consisting of a skeleton made of 2x4s. It looks like Bryan Singer needs at least another full year of pre-production before he even begins thinking about principal photography.
At the pace Bryan Singer is giving the impression that he is proceeding at, he won't complete "X-Men: Days of Future Past" and have it ready for theaters until the summer of 2015 at the earliest. If in fact, Bryan Singer really is the director of "X-Men: Days of Future Past."
This is turning into a situation where if Bryan Singer really is directing this thing and completes it at all, it will be the equivalent of pulling a rabbit out of a hat.
