Universal Studios Needs to Get With The Times and Stop Hating Science Fiction and "The 1978 Battlestar Galactica" Series
http://www.cbsdvfx.com/#/cccc
This is what comes up when you "Google"....."CBS Digital."..."CBS Digital" of course, is the groundbreaking visual effects facility that remastered all of the primitive special effects for the "1966 Star Trek" series starring William Shatner. "CBS Digital" is also in the process of remastering all of the visual effects for all of the Rick Berman era "Star Trek" series.
This is what comes up when you "Google"....."Universal Studios Digital." A frickin' amusement park. Yep!! One of Universal Studios frickin' theme parks!! You see...Universal Studios doesn't have a state of the art visual effects facility. If they did, they would have to eventually confront the issue of having to remaster all of the visual effects for the "1978 Battlestar Galactica" series....which is what they would never do and will never do!! For Universal Studios to do so, they would have to drop their decades spanning hatred of the "1978 Battlestar Galactica" series...which is also....what they would never do and never will do!!
The pilot episode of the "1978 Battlestar Galactica Series" - ("Saga of a Star World") in this pathetic DVD set released 10 years ago...was in really bad shape. It was as though the executives in the "Universal Studios Black Tower" were using the original negative of "Saga of a Star World" to wipe their asses with it before they dumped it on to this DVD set. This was a decade ago!! If the original negative of "Saga of a Star World" even exists anymore in even "1970s era rabbit ears on a portable tv set with snowy reception".....condition....it needs to be cleaned up big time!! Thoroughly scrubbed from top to bottom to say the least. I wonder what sort of condition the original negative would be found in today, if Universal Studios were raided by the "Film Restoration / Preservation Police." Not a pretty sight I can well imagine!!
If by some miracle, it is in salvageable condition today, it needs to be remastered, updated with new digital effects, and a "Director's Cut" needs to be done of it. With all of Richard A. Colla's original footage restored so that the story of "Saga of a Star World" can be told in thoroughly completed form without interruption or awkward edits.

Read the books Universal Studios has tried and failed to censor on Amazon.com...

And read these books at another location where Universal Studios executives and its stealth marketers won't be able to post negative, misleading (stealth marketed) reviews of the books via them purchasing candy and Rogaine Foam on Amazon.com (allowing them access to the Amazon book review section) and not actually buying and reading the books. I'll leave the other 150 global locations under wraps for now.
