With 17 Primary Characters and 19 Actors Portraying Them All, How Does a Screenplay Even Begin to Keep Track of This Inevitable Chaos?
STARRING:
Hugh Jackman as Wolverine
James McAvoy and Patrick Stewart as Professor X
Michael Fassbender and Ian McKellen as Magneto
Jennifer Lawrence as Mystique
Halle Berry as Storm
Ellen Page as Kitty Pryde
Peter Dinklage as Bolivar Trask
Nicholas Hoult as Beast
Shawn Ashmore as Iceman
Omar Sy as Bishop
Daniel Cudmore as Colossus
Booboo Stewart as Warpath
Fan Bingbing as Blink
Adan Canto as Sunspot
Evan Peters as Quicksilver
Josh Helman as William Stryker
Lucas Till as Havok
(Of course, this is merely an early "Head Count")
How does a screenplay even begin to keep tabs on and properly address all of these characters at the same time? This isn't the cast of a movie, it's the cast of a 7 hour mini series where every character would have better coverage.
Let me guess. Feverish editing will continue right down to the "Witching Hour" (The Release Date) with every character getting whittled down more and more so that the vague story will gradually appear.
Yes, the movie going audience has fond memories of their "Bolivar Trask" and "Kitty Pryde" comic books when they were kids. I remember them!! Always right next to the "Superman" and "Batman" titles on the revolving comic book rack!!

Read the books Universal Studios has tried and failed to censor on Amazon.com...

And read these books at another location where Universal Studios executives and its stealth marketers won't be able to post negative, misleading (stealth marketed) reviews of the books via them purchasing candy and Rogaine Foam on Amazon.com (allowing them access to the Amazon book review section) and not actually buying and reading the books. I'll leave the other 150 global locations under wraps for now.
