Exploring The More Obvious Reasons Why Ronald D. Moore's "GINO" - (Galactica in Name Only) Series Was a Mass Market Flop. Primarily, "GINO" Was a Brutally Ugly, Visually Unattractive Series. And Ugly In Its Ideas and Characters
1. The ugliest, most repulsive, and most disgusting looking spaceship ever designed. In short, a piece of crap in appearance. I think the idea here was to design any disgusting looking hunk of junk and get it greenlit quickly, as long as it drastically differed in appearance to the beautiful looking "Battlestar" model from the...."1978 Battlestar Galactica Series"....
2. The leading character in a television series who always goes out of his way to frown and never smile is a character mass market audiences will never be drawn to and never want to spend time with every week. OK, the premise of "GINO" was dark, but the darkness was over done to the point of "GINO" preventing itself from ever attracting mass market viewership. The "GINO" series was doomed from day one not only from being a repulsive television series to mass market audiences, but also from being a repulsive television series NOT CANON with what "Battlestar Galactica" really is, the...."1978 Battlestar Galactica Series."
3. On top of that, there was rape, torture, betrayal, backstabbing, illegitimate sex and ultimately nothing of what the premise of "GINO" claimed to be....a "Battlestar Galactica" premise.
Rape, torture, betrayal, backstabbing, and illegitimate sex being the easiest forms of melodrama for the untalented scriptwriters of "GINO" to write. These forms of melodrama straight out of the...."Aaron Spelling Prime Time Playbook".....from the 1970s and 1980s. Aaron Spelling at least having the taste and class to depict these unfortunate events off screen as opposed to Ronald D. Moore.
And so, instead of being a.... "Multi-Billion Dollar Science Fiction Empire"....a decade later, or a worthy successor (canon) to the...."1978 Battlestar Galactica Series"....Ronald D. Moore's "GINO" series instead continues to...."rot"....on DVD languishing in http://amazon.com warehouses across the country with its DVD season sets heavily discounted.

Read the books Universal Studios has tried and failed to censor on Amazon.com...

And read these books at another location where Universal Studios executives and its stealth marketers won't be able to post negative, misleading (stealth marketed) reviews of the books via them purchasing candy and Rogaine Foam on Amazon.com (allowing them access to the Amazon book review section) and not actually buying and reading the books. I'll leave the other 150 global locations under wraps for now.
