We Have Seen The Intellectual Heights "Universal Studios" Always Reaches, and It's Never a Pretty Sight

Reverse progress on the "Intellectual Evolutionary Scale" is nothing new to "Universal Studios."

Tom DeSanto Proposed an Animated "Galactica" Film Like This to "Universal Studios" Decades Ago (2001)

"Universal Studios" (of course) rejected the idea because it preferred instead, to spend the next two decades issuing "Fake Battlestar Galactica Movie / TV Show Press Releases."

Yes, intellectually and logistically, "Universal Studios" couldn't even handle making a frickin' "Battlestar Cartoon"....

If Everything is Just "Peachy" Between "Peacock-Streaming" and The "Premier League"', Why Does "Peacock-Streaming" Remain Stuck at Only 20 Million Subscribers After Five Years?

https://www.msn.com/en-us/sports/other/peacock-scores-most-streamed-premier-league-game-of-all-time/ar-AA1fjw2z

"Comcast / NBC-Universal" and its "Goofy Ass Subsidiary Peacock-Streaming" remain a true anomaly in the entire "Hollywood Business World." The strange shit that always happens to them (ongoing) always has to be seen to be believed.

The Alleged "Custodian" of an Alleged "Battlestar" Movie Allegedly in Production For Almost a Quarter Century

          Dylan Clark: Battlestar 2001-2023

https://www.denofgeek.com/tv/battlestar-galactica-new-movie-tv-shared-universe/

Does that justify paychecks paid to someone for allegedly overseeing an alleged "Battlestar" Movie (that never gets made) allegedly in production for almost a quarter century?

Hint: The movie continues not getting made on purpose.

The Other Studios Can Always Be Infinitely More Fun Than "Universal Studios" Without Even Trying

Yes, "Universal Studios" never would have greenlit this for production. It's just too much fun.

It goes against their "Corporate Policy" that anyone would enjoy anything they make.

"Peacock-Streaming" Continues Doing Its Impression of The "Seinfeld" Show. A Streaming Service About Nothing In Particular

No central identity, no dynamic copyright properties to exploit, never any inspired trajectory for improving itself. Nothing. Period.

As of Last Month, "Peacock-Streaming's" Subscriber Numbers Are Still Extremely Low. As In, Never Budging an Inch Above 20 Million

As is always the case with "Peacock-Streaming", nothing to see here...move on, move on.

Why does parent corporation "Comcast / NBC-Universal" even bother? Why does it even bother after having never invested in it properly in the first place?

Yes, "Google" or "Bing" Sam Esmail and Simon Kinberg Lately, and You Get Some of Their Almost a Decade Old, "Fake Battlestar Press Release" Nonsense

And what is pretty much left of their failed careers:

Traces of their failed projects that would fill a messy broom closet....

"New Line Cinema" and "Lionsgate" are always accurate in their assessments of these two guys.

How Much Time and Effort Did "Comcast / NBC-Universal" Actually Put Into The Production of This "Direct-to-DVD" Movie?

This Blog estimates it took about 8 days to make this entire movie from inception to DVD release, with its overall budget equaling the "Catering Budget" of  most moderately budgeted "Hollywood" movies....

"Retro-Flasback Fun Day!!" Remembering When Ronald D. Moore's "GINO" - (Galactica in Name Only) Series Celebrated "Frowning" and "Manic-Depression"

Reliable sources indicate that some individuals watching this series called the "Suicide Hotline" frequently.

Go ahead. Take a "whiff."

"Universal Studios" Didn't Even Have Enough "Guts" to Revisit Ronald D. Moore's "GINO" - (Galactica in Name Only) Series In a Theatrical Film

If this dysfunctional series was so wildly successful as the "SyFy Channel" has repeatedly claimed, why didn't "Universal Studios" ever commission Simon Kinberg and Sam Esmail to make a "movie / streaming series" to capitalize on its supposed success?

Zero faith in any such project, no doubt.
