As a matter of fact, the..."Dr. Strange"...television pilot aired September 6th, 1978 on CBS-TV  while..."Battlestar Galactica 1978"...debuted later that month on September 17th, 1978 on ABC-TV. So technically, in terms of air dates, the..."Dr. Strange"...television pilot is older than the..."Battlestar Galactica 1978"...television series by 11 days. 

So, why didn't the..."1978 Battlestar Galactica Series"...get the superior box art here? Instead, it got..."Roadkill Stains"...on its box art for box art. 

Even..."Public Domain"...DVD releases get better box art than this... 

Yet another example of Universal Studios absolutely HATING the..."1978 Battlestar Galactica Series"...(no rhyme or reason) for no reason at all. Injecting the necessity of Universal Studios having should have sold this property to someone else decades ago.
