Within the extremely limited parameters of entertainment the SyFy Channel is notorious for.

If "Helix" were a project on any other cable channel or broadcast network, and Ronald D. Moore was leaving the series after the "Pilot Episode"...we would have a long term, "Smash Hit" Science Fiction television series on out hands.
