My name is...."Ness"..."Elliot Ness".... Aaaahhh yes!! The gangster-esque world of...."Caprica." There was actually a time when the SyFy Channel expected to be taken seriously as a broadcaster when they tried to pass off nonsense like this as an alien world supposedly thousands of light years from Earth. Instead..."Caprica"....and its horrid predecessor were ridiculed mercilessly on David Letterman's show and on other outlets....
David Letterman's audience just loved Ronald D. Moore's..."GINO" - (Galactica In Name Only) cast members on March 20th, 2008. You can just feel the love in the room!! From the studio audience having to be rallied into forced applause from a clearly audible..."Yeah!!"....from an off camera stage hand...to the long and awkward moments of silence from Dave's audience who clearly didn't know who these cast members were or what show they were on, to the forced and unfunny humor in this particular...."Top 10 List"....that wasn't going over well with the studio audience.
"I'll do the hit, Tommy...But pops won't be too happy with a messy hit."
Gangsters, lazy production and wardrobe design supposedly set on alien worlds...and Ronald D. Moore!! No wonder the guy hasn't been more successful in his rocky relationship with televised Science Fiction post-"Rick Berman Era Star Trek"....
There are a million stories in this CGI created city. One of them being the proliferation of business suits, neck ties, tommy guns and trench coats on a supposed alien planet that supposedly never heard of Earth!!
That back yard looks just like the one attached to an old house I used to live in....right here on Earth!! Wow!! More dress shirts....neck ties....and robots!! Ronald D. Moore strikes again!! It looks to be a bright and sunny day around 60 degrees on the...."Cough!!"....alien planet...."Caprica!!" Or should I say location shooting somewhere in Vancouver, British Columbia?
OK...Let's do the process of elimination here. Is it the cast photo to...."Boston Legal?"...."L.A. Law?"...."C.S.I. Miami?"....
Well...it looks like the SyFy Channel and Ronald D. Moore (once again) failed to receive the memo that states...."Any television series set on an alien world is supposed to look like an alien world. Alien clothing is supposed to look extra-terrestrial. Cast members aren't supposed to look like they are working in a legal firm right here on Earth with a business suit obsessed wardrobe primarily....in any Science Fiction television series supposedly not set on Earth."

And read these books at another location where Universal Studios executives and its stealth marketers won't be able to post negative, misleading (stealth marketed) reviews of the books via them purchasing candy and Rogaine Foam on Amazon.com (allowing them access to the Amazon book review section) and not actually buying and reading the books. I'll leave the other 150 global locations under wraps for now.
