Back in 2013, Universal Studios Created Perhaps The "Most Hated Entry (Globally)" in The Entire "Science Fiction Cinema" Category. "Most Hated"....Ever!!

And the...."SyFy Channel"....(in eight years) hasn't tried to turn this sucker into a television series??

It has all of the ingredients most...."SyFy Channel".... series have always had in the past....

1. Parent corporation...."Comcast / NBC-Universal"....owns the property.

2. It ripped off other, better made productions (Men in Black, Ghostbusters)

3. It bombed at the box office.

4. The critics hated it.

5. The..."Mass Market Science Fiction / Fantasy / Horror Audience"....hated it.

So, what's holding back the...."SyFy Channel"....from making this sucker into a television series? 

What's listed above (1-5) NEVER held them back in the past. So, why has the...."SyFy Channel"...always been so shy about this particular property?
