Because...."Marvel Studios"....is actually in the business of making movies.
"Universal Studios"....on the other hand, intentionally prevents its movies from being made based upon an entire battery of...."Political Agendas".....stockpiling on top of each other for decades....
"Universal Studios"....is less a moviemaking business and more a...."Politically Oriented / Dysfunctional Corporation"....that rarely....if at all....allows any sort of a movie to be made. Whether it be...."Battlestar"....or something else.
On that note, any former...."Corporate Employee"....of...."Universal Studios"....would be tossed out the door of...."Marvel Studios"....for trying to prevent a...."Marvel Studios / Superhero Movie"....from being made....
