Is "Piggy-Backing" On Top of the "Hallmark Channel" a Way For "Peacock - Streaming" to Try and Find Some Sort of Identity For Itself?

Because...."Peacock - Streaming"....has FAILED in every other way to try and establish an identity for itself....

1. It FAILED to get a...."Battlestar: Anything"....going with Sam Esmail and Simon Kinberg. If it had succeeded, it would have had a potential...."Star Trek / Star Wars"....sized franchise to build upon.

2. It still has an overall...."Phobia"....towards high quality, big budget...."Science Fiction / Fantasy / Horror."

3. It tries to solve deeply rooted management problems emanating from parent corporation...."Comcast / NBC-Universal"....with quick fix low-budget solutions such as a low budget...."Friday - The 13th Prequel Series"....and accessing...."Hallmark Christmas Movies."

4. Its inexplicable love for reviving low budget, failed productions from the past hasn't worked for them...

a. MacGruber

b. Punky Brewster

c. Saved By The Bell

The problem is, even with these feeble attempts at...."Self Remedy"...."Peacock - Streaming"....still doesn't have a dynamic and discernible self-identity.
