Oh really? Did Universal Studios survey one million consumers and ask them ahead of time if they wanted such crappy ass looking box art on this Blu-Ray set before the horse shit looking box art was manufactured? If this is the case, could Universal Studios be so kind as to send this blog the results of all of its available data on the survey it conducted asking one million consumers if it would bother them if such crappy ass looking box art were used on this Blu-Ray set?

The..."1978 Battlestar Galactica Series"...was not filmed in widescreen. So, why widescreen the series in a process that clearly went wrong technically in this Blu-Ray set? Fans of this show know darn well that the series episodes were not filmed in widescreen and don't have a problem with that. Yes, the pilot episode was originally and simultaneously filmed in a crude widescreen process (circa 1978) that left information missing on the top and bottom of the screen. But, that's not the issue here. 1. Cracked discs sitting in the DVD trays when you first unwrapped and opened this DVD set back in October 2003.
2. Heavy grain primarily in the pilot episode indicating that no digital remastering was ever done.
3. Discs freezing primarily in the disc housing the pilot episode.
