This blog has thumbed through scores of promos for..."Nightflyers"...and in all of them not one simple thing was ever mentioned that should have been mentioned...
...."From the creator of...'Game of Thrones'...comes....'Nightflyers'....
The biggest ratings hit in the history of..."HBO"....and it didn't even occur to the..."SyFy Channel"....to mention in its promos that the creator of..."Nightflyers"....(George R.R. Martin) was also the creator of..."Game of Thrones??"...
This simple mention would have surely (at the very least) elevated the ratings of..."Nightflyers"...above..."0.5"...for all of its episode broadcasts.
This inadvertent or intentional ratings sabotage of the..."Nightflyers"...broadcasts points to a fundamental problem going on at the..."SyFy Channel"...for decades. The overwhelming demand for simple logic in all situations just never dawns on the..."SyFy Channel"....
This fundamental problem in simple logic of course, has also (always) plagued parent corporation..."GE/Vivendi/NBC/Comcast-Universal."
If the creator of..."Game of Thrones"...does another project for your cable network, YOU MENTION IT!! ALOT!!
Maybe the..."SyFy Channel"...should rerun the first season of..."Nightflyers"....with new promos emphasizing the link between..."Nightflyers"....and..."Game of Thrones"...
George R.R. Martin
Lo and behold, the ratings increase dramatically and then..."Nightflyers"...gets a second season.
My bill for this advice will be in the mail since I just put the cast and crew of..."Nightflyers"...back to work.
And only show one episode per week. Make the audience drool for more.
This is all just kindergarten level basic common sense and advice, right?
For the idiots who work at the..."SyFy Channel"....
Rushing to get the episode broadcasts over with...with hurried consecutive night broadcasts didn't help matters any either.
Who at the..."SyFy Channel"...didn't like this project and wanted it to die?
Is that you, Hammer?

Read about the books Universal Studios has tried and failed to censor on Amazon.com, as well as other stuff...
And read the books at another location where Universal Studios and its stealth marketers won't be able to post negative, misleading (stealth marketed) reviews of the books via them purchasing candy and Rogaine Foam on Amazon.com (allowing them access to the book review section) and not actually buying and reading the books.
