I Believe These "Biennial" Fake "Battlestar Galactica" Press Releases of Universal Studios and Bryan Singer Are Indicative of Severe Professional Problems Between The Two of Them

This "Fake" "Battlestar Galactica" press release of Universal Studios on October 21st, 2011 (one of many from Universal Studios beginning in 2001) is what I believe a symptom of a severely dysfunctional "Motion Picture Division" at Universal Studios. In addition to Universal Studios having no great love for the "1978 Battlestar Galactica" series.

Bryan Singer "Stutters" his way through his latest, "Fake" "Battlestar Galactica" press release on August 3rd, 2012. I believe that Bryan Singer has been a willing accomplice to these "Fake" "Battlestar Galactica" press releases orchestrated and overseen by Universal Studios beginning in 2001 because Bryan Singer's career pretty much "petered out" as a promising theatrical director immediately after "X-Men 2." So, Singer is trying to project the illusion that he is more successful than he is in reality by throwing all of these "Fake" press releases up in the air all at once, making the naïve think that he is always working on something as a film director.

When Clueless Corporate (Business) People Make Decisions Concerning "Battlestar Galactica", This is What We Get Stuck With. No Artistry or Imagination Anywhere. Just Crap.

Just addressing the issue of "Wardrobe" by itself, the compelling argument can be made that Universal Studios has no business owning the "Battlestar Galactica" property. Universal Studios and Ronald D. Moore claimed that the two photos above of ordinary looking people wearing business suits and other business attire took place on another planet, in a production they claimed was linked to "Battlestar Galactica." Oh really? The second photo looks like a mob hit is about to take place in a downtown business area...right here on Earth...in a contemporary city. It might as well be "The Untouchables." I suspect the day is coming when Universal Studios and Ronald D. Moore will be ridiculed for having made these three productions ("GINO", "Caprica", ""Blood & Chrome.")

"GINO" - (Galactica in Name Only), "Caprica", and "Blood & Chrome" were all poorly conceived productions because none of them were "Battlestar Galactica" by any stretch of the imagination.

Just because Universal Studios and Ronald D. Moore claim that whatever pile of "Muck" they come up with is "Battlestar Galactica", doesn't mean that it is "Battlestar Galactica."

These two infamous photos from the thankfully short lived "Caprica" tv series as far as I'm concerned, represent a "John Doe Television Series" without any sort of frame of reference to "Battlestar Galactica" or to anything else for that matter.

It's as though NBC-Universal / SyFy Channel and Ronald D. Moore had a window of opportunity to run out and film three "non-Galactica in reality television series." So they threw a pile of contemporary wardrobe onto cast members forgetting and not giving a damn that any fantasy based television series supposedly not set on Earth isn't supposed to look like Earth in any way.

The two photos above represent the way clueless, non-creative, and artless corporate people think, primarily in the Universal Studios Black Tower where all of the crappy decisions were made (primarily wardrobe) concerning "GINO", "Caprica", and "Blood & Chrome."

"GINO", "Caprica", and "Blood & Chrome" were all "John Doe Television" at its worst. Where all three productions gave off a thousand different signals as to what type of a format they were, despite being called "Battlestar Galactica", or claiming to be linked to "Battlestar Galactica." All three of these productions...were they contemporary based war scenarios? Courtroom dramas? Teenage angst dramas? Gangster melodrama? (The second photo.)

One thing is certain. None of these three productions were "Battlestar Galactica" or linked to "Battlestar Galactica" in any way just because Universal Studios and Ronald D. Moore claimed that they were.

Universal Studios and Ronald D. Moore would have to do a hell of a lot better than merely give a series the "Battlestar Galactica" title if they were to convince anyone that what they were doing really was "Battlestar Galactica."

As far as I'm concerned, "GINO", "Caprica", and "Blood & Chrome" are nothing but "John Doe Television Series" without any sort of discernible identities, certainly not linked to "Battlestar Galactica" in any way. These three productions are such an endless hodgepodge of mismatched contents (format, settings, wardrobe, props, what planet is this stupid series supposed to be on? It sure looks like Earth!!) it's anyone's guess as to what the hell they really were.

"The Universal Studios Black Tower." Where your favorite television series of the past are regurgitated into faceless and clueless clap-trap.

The Work History of SyFy Channel, Bryan Singer, and Ronald D. Moore Has Had a Decade to Settle and Be Evaluated. What is The Sad Conclusion?

Collectively, they are "Schlocky Providers of B-Grade Tripe" within the realms of Science Fiction and Fantasy. Inexplicably given larger production budgets than usual in order to do so. With stealth marketing paid for praise heaped upon every project they poop out of their rear ends.

Yet the three of them won't abandon the Science Fiction and Fantasy realms they keep trying to dabble in because no one has been blunt with them telling them what they need to be told. They "Suck" at what they do in the Science Fiction and Fantasy genres. After a decade of not impressing anyone and boring everyone with their feeble attempts at Science Fiction and Fantasy, the three of them still somehow fancy themselves as "Steven Spielberg - esque" providers of quality Science Fiction and Fantasy. A mountaintop none of them will ever stand on.

SyFy Channel: Science Fiction fans everywhere agree that when the former Sci-Fi Channel (now SyFy) fell into the notorious corporate hands of the corporation infamously known as "Vivendi" and "NBC-Universal" throughout the years...and infamously managed by Bonnie Hammer, it was the beginning of a "Slow Bleed Process" over a period of years that eventually robbed the United States of its only Science Fiction channel.

The present SyFy Channel's programming issues are so severe (spanning a decade and longer), that the solution is not to occasionally put programming on the air that would occasionally mask over the channel's true hatred of the entire Science Fiction / Fantasy genre ("Defiance"), the only solution to the problem is for the SyFy Channel to have new owners who love the channel and restore the channel to its former glory before "Vivendi - Hammer" trashed the channel. "Vivendi - Hammer" never should have purchased and managed the channel in the first place. It was always the "Wrong Fit" between a corporation always all out hateful towards Science Fiction and Fantasy, and the genres themselves...needing much, much better corporate owners.

Ronald D. Moore: I suspect that Ronald D. Moore was hoping "GINO", "Caprica", and "Blood & Chrome" would establish him as the "Go to Guy in Hollywood" whenever anyone wanted and needed a new Science Fiction / Fantasy television series developed. Of course, this never happened. Since developing projects under the roof of "Sony"for three years , NBC-Universal /  SyFy Channel has been his only interested and paying customer (17th Precinct, Helix.)

This Tri-Level relationship of "Schlock" (NBC-U / SyFy Channel, Ronald D. Moore, Bryan Singer) never truly breaks up, does it? Even when it appears one of them has gone his separate way.

Bryan Singer: He has had four career failures in a row (Jack The Giant Slayer, Mockingbird Lane, Valkyrie, Superman Returns) as a director. It remains to be seen if he was actually hired by 20th Century Fox to direct "X-Men: Days of Future Past." Additionally, Bryan Singer seems intent on rewriting the history books with his endless stream of "Fake" press releases of projects he hopes the public will be too stupid to realize he never directed and projects that never got made, period...

If "Mystery Science Theater 3000" Were Still in Production, The Works of Bryan Singer and Ronald D. Moore Would Be Making Frequent Appearances

"Mystery Science Theater" would love the obvious CGI giants in Bryan Singer's box office flop.

An entire episode of "Mystery Science Theater 3000" could be devoted to the patented "frowning on camera" of Edward James Olmos.

"GINO", "Caprica", and "Blood & Chrome" could be regular targets of ridicule.

SyFy Channel Reunites With Ronald D. Moore For...More Failure

What have the SyFy Channel and Ronald D. Moore accomplished together? Let's see now.

1. They trashed the "Battlestar Galactica" property with three sub-standard renditions (GINO, Caprica, Blood & Chrome.)

2. They have pretty much destroyed any desire on the part of anyone else to try space-based science fiction on television because they did such a crappy job at producing and writing "GINO", "Caprica", Blood & Chrome."

3. They destroyed their own careers and reputations with "GINO", "Caprica", and "Blood & Chrome." Are they terribly successful right now as a result of those three series? I rest my case.

4. They set back the likelihood of any chance of seeing good, space based science fiction on television a good 50 years.

In the end, all that the SyFy Channel and Ronald D. Moore had were each other, and nobody else.

1. Ronald D. Moore has been working for Sony for about three years, yet NBC-TV and SyFy Channel have been his only interested, and paying customers in Hollywood (Precinct 17, Helix). In other words, no one else in the movie and television industry has been the slightest bit interested in contacting Ronald D. Moore at Sony for any project except his old buddies at his old stomping grounds (NBC-Universal / SyFy Channel.)

2. This brings up another point. Why is NBC-Universal / SyFy Channel always insistent on continuing to associate with those who never delivered to them terribly successful products in the first place? - (Ronald D. Moore, Bryan Singer)

3. You would think by now, NBC-Universal / SyFy Channel would have learned the lesson to begin bringing in other, more talented and qualified people to make projects for them...

NBC-U / SyFy: "Hey!! Why don't we ask Brannon Braga to develop a project for us? Or Joss Whedon? Or James Cameron? Or Rick Berman?"

Why does NBC-U / SyFy Channel always continue to roll out their old, tried and true "Masters of Failure" (Ronald D. Moore, Bryan Singer) to develop projects with?

Anyone else in the business world (Hollywood included) would say...

"Ummm...It's time to bring in new people. This is getting ridiculous."

There is only so long that NBC-Universal / SyFy Channel can keep clinging to the brief and past marginal successes of Ronald D. Moore (Star Trek staff writer), and Bryan Singer (X-Men 1 & 2)...(both marginal successes over a decade old) as excuses to keep rehiring them or keeping them in mind for new projects. Sooner or later NBC-Universal is going to have get serious about Science Fiction and Fantasy if they want to begin making serious money from both. It isn't going to happen with Ronald D. Moore and Bryan Singer. Any level-headed hiring manager (blue collar or white collar) knows that.

The Moral of The Story is, If You Never Signed a Contract to Direct a Movie / TV Series, Then You Never "Closed a Deal" to Direct a Movie / TV Series

Welcome class, to our daily instructional period devoted to debunking everything Bryan Singer claims in his endless stream of "Fake" press releases.

It's always important to remember that whenever Bryan Singer claims he "closed a deal to direct a movie / tv series", that really isn't the case. "Closing a deal" to direct a movie / tv series means that you "signed a contract" to direct a movie / tv series, legally binding you to a pre-designated time frame to complete that movie and / or television series in.

As the list of aborted projects displayed below proves, Bryan Singer never "signed a contract" to direct any of these movie / television productions, except for "Jack The Giant Killer" which became the box office flop "Jack The Giant Slayer." Because all of the other projects listed below were aborted by Bryan Singer. You can't abort a project if you signed a legally binding contract to direct it. You also can't "hop", "skip", "jump", "leapfrog", "skydive", "backflip", or "backstroke" from one project to the next if you signed a contract to direct an earlier project. You're legally locked in to direct the project if a contract was signed and that's it, until the project is completed.

So class. The next time you read another "Fake" press release of Bryan Singer's claiming that he "closed a deal" to re-boot yet another science fiction television property / movie, just remember one thing. The chances are 100% likely that he never "signed a contract" locking himself in to direct the darn thing within "x" amount of days.. It's more likely that the term "closing a deal" endlessly reiterated in these "fake" press releases of Bryan Singer's is really "Bryan Singer-ese" for a "very informal, boy scout handshake, non-legally binding non-agreement, he talked about the projects to somebody over drinks with and that's it....type of arrangement" that Bryan Singer can back out of at any moment in time at his leisure. As Bryan Singer magnificently demonstrated in the 26 consecutive times listed below.

Bryan Singer has already placed the "Twilight Zone" remake with CBS on hold (as I knew he would.) This upgrades "Twilight Zone" on the list from "Abandonment Pending" status to flat out aborted and abandoned. I adjusted its listing to reflect this.

The word is still out on "X-Men: Days of Future Past." But we all know where that is headed, don't we? Did Bryan Singer ever sign a CONTRACT TO DIRECT IT?

It should be pointed out also that Bryan Singer would be in "Breach of Contract" 26 times over for abandoning 26 consecutive projects if the projects he announced on the list below were legitimate.

The Top Reasons Why All Three Renditions of Battlestar Galactica (GINO, Caprica, Blood & Chrome) Were Just Blatant, Bad Television and Failed Commercially

1. All three series (GINO, Caprica, Blood & Chrome) showed nothing but hostility and disrespect towards its source material, (the "1978 Battlestar Galactica" series.) You never disrespect your source material, ever...for any reason. If you do, you sure as hell won't be building a science fiction franchise of any sort based upon the "1978 Battlestar Galactica" series. Lo and behold!! That is precisely what Universal Studios failed to do. Paramount Pictures has "Star Trek", Disney has "Star Wars", and Universal Studios has "Nothing" to compete with due to their own ongoing idiocy with "Battlestar Galactica."

2. All three series suffered from chronic narcissism (primarily GINO) to such a degree that it blinded the cast and crew of all three series to the reality that they were indeed....making crappy television.

3. When your cast and crew are egomaniacal narcissists to the degree that Ronald D. Moore and Edward James Olmos were, it blinded them to how truly untalented they really were.

4. Lazy art direction, production design, props, and wardrobe. If you're going to make a television series set in outer space in a far away galaxy, at least put up the money needed to design and make sets, props, and wardrobe unlike anything a science fiction audience has seen before. Dressing everybody in business suits, fedoras, and having them driving around in cars to their downtown apartments in an all too familiar looking city just isn't going to cut it in a galaxy supposedly light years from Earth. And indeed, it didn't cut it in "GINO", "Caprica", and "Blood & Chrome." SyFy Channel and Ronald D. Moore didn't even try to create and build an alternate, credible reality. All three series looked like they were filmed in downtown Vancouver on sunny days and on all too obvious soundstages.

5. Hire actors who still practice their craft when the cameras are rolling. Edward James Olmos stopped acting 30 years ago. His "stock footage emotion" so to speak since 1984 has been that ever present frown on his face while mumbling dialogue. Edward James Olmos and Tommy Lee Jones would be a lot of fun doing "Dinner Theater" together. Tommy Lee Jones stopped acting on camera at roughly the same time. I hope to God that Josh Brolin will permanently replace Tommy Lee Jones in "Men in Black 4." I'm tired of "Men in Black" sequel movies being ruined every time Tommy Lee Jones shows up on screen with his frowning and mumbling. Give the man an oxygen tank and wake him up for the filming!!

6. If you're going to do an outer space show set in another galaxy, don't even think about not having extraterrestrial bad guy creatures in it. If you're not going to have aliens in your show, then don't do the damn show. Do a stock sitcom or hospital drama instead. I'm fed up with these idiots who run the studios and television networks who always state..."We're really doing a show about people even though the setting is outer space." Blow me!! If you want to do a show about people, then do a show about people. Don't do a show set in outer space. The expectation from the mass market audience from a science fiction show set in outer space is that the emphasis will be on spectacle and cool alien bad guys. Not a bunch of retarded former actors (with frowns on their faces) reciting soap opera dialogue to one another. Who cares about people when a show is supposed to be science fiction and set in outer space?

7. Only have talented producers with proven track records of mass market success in science fiction overall when doing science fiction for television. Ronald D. Moore and David Eick ain't it!! Producers who at the very least, are capable of assembling a truly talented cast for the science fiction show.

8. The SyFy Channel isn't a science fiction channel, run by corporate idiots who hate science fiction!! So, why were they attempting a re-boot of "Battlestar Galactica" with the anti-science fiction and anti-Galactica garbage they came up with? (GINO, Caprica, Blood & Chrome.) Universal Studios can ask themselves that question on an endless loop as they watch helplessly this summer while "Star Trek" is making money hand over fist and they have nothing franchise wise to compete with it. And ask themselves that question again when the new batch of "Star Wars" sequels begin coming out.

9. When you hate a science fiction property to the extent that Universal Studios has always hated the "1978 Battlestar Galactica" series, even going so far as to sabotage the "Galactica - Complete Epic Series"  DVD set in 2003 with cracked and freezing discs the way Universal Studios did in 2003, then that is an incompatible, dysfunctional, and inharmonious relationship between the copyright owner and the property that cannot be mended. Universal Studios should have sold the "1978 Battlestar Galactica" series to another studio decades ago simply because they hate the property.

10. "GINO" (Galactica in Name Only) should have been cancelled in the first season due to low ratings and less than anticipated ratings. The ratings were low for a reason. It was a crappy show and the mass market audience didn't fall for the "Bag of Goods" SyFy Channel and Ronald D. Moore were trying to ram down their throats. If your show sucks, don't renew it for three more seasons and make two sequel series to it. Chances are the sequel series will suck as much as the parent show. And that is precisely how it played out.

What a Movie Studio and True Superstar Film Director Can Accomplish Together When They Aren't "Dysfunctional in The Head"...

The way Universal Studios and Bryan Singer Are....

Bryan Singer "Stutters" his way through his latest "fake" Battlestar Galactica press release on August 3rd, 2012.

Somehow, Bryan Singer emulating the same type of glasses that J.J. Abrams wears hasn't turned him into the superstar film director that J.J. Abrams is. Has it?

Universal Studios latest "Fake" Battlestar Galactica press release on October 21st, 2011.

I have seen the future of Science Fiction in cinema and it is not Universal Studios and Bryan Singer. It is Paramount Pictures Corporation and J.J. Abrams!!

Hats off to Paramount Pictures Corporation and J.J. Abrams for achieving in four years what Universal Studios and Bryan Singer have been too dysfunctional to achieve in 13 years...Making two wildly successful "Star Trek" movies while Universal and Singer continue to only offer what they are only capable of delivering....FAKE PRESS RELEASES....of a non-existent "Battlestar Galactica" movie...13 years and counting!!

NBC-Universal, Bryan Singer, and Ronald D. Moore are The Worst in The Business When Tackling Science Fiction and Fantasy

So, why do they continue to even bother?

Collectively, the stabs at science fiction and fantasy by NBC-Universal, Bryan Singer, and Ronald D. Moore have proven to be...

Anti-Mass Market with a manic-depressive blandness and overwhelming boredom...as the following projects from the three of them have demonstrated.

1. "GINO" - (Galactica in Name Only)
2. Caprica
3. Blood & Chrome
4. Superman Returns
5. Jack The Giant Slayer
6. The SyFy Channel

NBC-Universal, Bryan Singer, and Ronald D. Moore are not good at what they do within the realms of science fiction and fantasy because they repeatedly demonstrate the inability to create anything or re-boot anything in such a way that would cause global, mass market acceptance.

NBC-Universal, Bryan Singer, and Ronald D. Moore should have abandoned any notions of doing science fiction and fantasy long ago because all three of them SUCK at it.

This will always be the economic fate of any project created individually or collectively by NBC-Universal, Bryan Singer, and Ronald D. Moore should they continue to go down the unfruitful path for themselves of tackling science fiction and fantasy....

...Cluttering up the "$5.00 Discount DVD Bin" at Wal-Mart with their JUNK.

The primary problem is...NBC-Universal, Bryan Singer, and Ronald D. Moore think that they're good at what they do within the realms of science fiction and fantasy. They aren't. NBC-Universal should just go out of business entirely in the movie and television business and convert itself into an "Ice Cream Shop Franchise." Nobody would miss or care about NBC-Universal if it left Hollywood right now. Bryan Singer and Ronald D. Moore (both of them) should just become low budget independent filmmakers of such undemanding subjects as sappy romance, trees, and puppy dogs and no longer tap out their already tapped out brains of fresh ideas in the realms of science fiction and fantasy. Not that their brains had any fresh and inspired ideas in the first place.

Oh yeah, and one more thing. Why does NBC-Universal, Bryan Singer, and Ronald D. Moore always feel like they have to do science fiction and fantasy? It's not as if they ever have anything significant to say when they do. All they do is rip-off other people's ideas when they do and make instantly forgettable crap. If you don't have anything new to say, or something inspired to say when tackling science fiction and fantasy, then don't say anything at all.

It's like the Beatles. The only times they ever walked into Abby Road Studios to record new music was when they had something new, inspired, and fresh to say.

Only Within The Imaginary Realm of "Stealth Marketing Success" Would SyFy Channel and Ronald D. Moore Re-Team For Another Round of Mass Market Failure in The Real Business World

SyFy Channel and Ronald D. Moore were encased in their bubble of imaginary success created by hired stealth marketing (courtesy of the stealth marketing firm "Abraham & Harrison") a decade ago. SyFy Channel and Ronald D. Moore were so cut off from the real world, the real business world at that time, that the two of them never faced the facts and the reality that they had created three consecutive, mass market failures in a row...

"GINO" (Galactica in Name Only)..."Caprica"...and "Blood & Chrome."

Where are these three failed television series now? Always look no further than the "$5.00 Discount DVD Bin" at Wal-Mart...

It's important to note that whenever the SyFy Channel and Ronald D. Moore claim to be developing a television series they claim is a totally original idea, it's mandatory to always get to the punch line of what they're really developing together.

What is "Helix?" It's a 13 episode remake (rip-off) of John Carpenter's 1982 "Thing" movie. Where will "Helix" ultimately end up? In the bin below...

And when "Helix" fails (low ratings) on the SyFy Channel (just as all three of the previous Ronald D. Moore series did)...the SyFy Channel and Ronald D. Moore will remain encased in their bubble of imaginary success (just as before) claiming that they ended "Helix" on its own terms, that it was the highest rated cable series in history, and that the United Nations honored the cast and crew of "Helix" with a candlelight ceremony.

When Universal Studios Makes its Next (Biennial) Fake "Battlestar Galactica" Press Release in The Fall of 2013...

Universal Studios previous "Fake" Battlestar Galactica press release on October 21st, 2011.

...Perhaps it would be best if Universal Studios attaches a more reputable director to their "Fake" press release the next time around instead of Bryan Singer, in order to lend more credibility to their "Biennial Hoax."

After all, Bryan Singer is pretty much locked down with his own previous, "Fake" press releases for decades to come....

Let's Analyze One of Bryan Singer's Earlier "Fake" Press Releases And Explain Why it Really Was "Fake" (a Hoax)

http://www.deadline.com/2012/12/bryan-singer-to-spearhead-twilight-zone-series-reboot-for-cbs-tv-studios/

When you "close a deal" with a major television network (as is stated in this article) to develop a television series with them...In all business circles that means you signed a contract with them to develop a television series with them. Signing a contract with a television network locks you into a pre-determined and finite amount of time to develop that television series with a television network. In short, you're on a pre-determined and finite schedule to develop that television series.

http://www.ign.com/articles/2013/03/08/whats-happening-with-bryan-singers-planned-twilight-zone-reboot-series

"Closing a deal with CBS-TV (signing a contract) to develop Twilight Zone" doesn't mean that you can just forget about "Twilight Zone" three months later, or put it on hold indefinitely because some other project came up, or put it on hold indefinitely because you need more time to think about how you're going to tackle a project. "Closing a deal" (signing a contract sounds exactly like what it means.) It means that you signed a contract to develop a television series, period...With how much time you have to do that spelled out in the contract.

My opinion? Bryan Singer never "closed a deal" to develop "Twilight Zone" with CBS-TV because if he did, he wouldn't be working on "X-Men: Days of Future Past" right now (so he claims.) He would be working on "Twilight Zone"....period.

In all known business circles, you don't have second thoughts about doing a project after a contract is signed. Once the contract is signed, you locked yourself into doing that project within a specific period of time precisely spelled out in the contract. Putting a project on hold after you signed a contract to do it is fantasy. It's unknown in the business world.

So, the next time you come across another claim of Bryan Singer's that he's developing a re-boot of something with somebody. Ask yourself this simple question...."Did he actually sign a contract to develop it?"

It doesn't need to be elaborated upon that the 26 other projects on Bryan Singer's "Aborted Project List" didn't have signed contracts associated with them either.

Universal Studios Will Never Admit , That When They Excluded "Pyramids" & "Ancient Egypt" From The Core Premise of "Battlestar Galactica"...

Which is what "Battlestar Galactica" really is....

Their sham rendition of "Battlestar Galactica"  (that they slapped together in minutes with Ronald D. Moore's notorious help) ultimately ended up in the "$5.00 Discount DVD Bin" at Wal-Mart long discarded and forgotten.

When you gut a classic television series of the very heart and soul of what made it what it is, you're going to have serious business problems trying to get a mass market audience to warm to what you did. Which is precisely what Universal Studios and Ronald D. Moore experienced with "GINO", "Caprica", and "Blood & Chrome."

The end result? Instant discounted junk at your local Wal-Mart, and Universal Studios doesn't make any money (not even close) on the mass market level of "Star Wars" and "Star Trek."

And guess what? Universal Studios also doesn't have an ongoing, decades spanning "Space Fantasy Franchise" on the order of "Star Wars" and "Star Trek" either.

Why is One Always Reminded of Bugs Bunny Parading His Friends Out on Stage Whenever Bryan Singer Announces More Cast Members Added to "X-Men: DOFP?"

http://www.examiner.com/article/bryan-singer-takes-to-twitter-to-reveal-casting-news-for-days-of-future-past

Maybe it's because at this late date, any press release from Bryan Singer carries about as much validity and weight as a Bugs Bunny cartoon?

Universal Studios Doesn't Have an Ongoing Money Making Science Fiction Franchise With "Battlestar Galactica" Like "Star Wars" and "Star Trek"...

...Because Universal Studios lacks the corporate talent in the "Black Tower", and lacks the hired hand help (Ronald D. Moore, Bryan Singer) to reach the heights of imagination and inspired thinking this clip from classic "Star Trek" demonstrates.

Instead, this is where Universal Studios feeble and pathetic attempts with "Battlestar Galactica" courtesy of Ronald D. Moore always end up. Forgotten and marked down to $5.00 right next to the same priced "Bugs Bunny" DVDs.
