The..."SyFy Channel"...evidently wants to jump on the superhero bandwagon currently occurring in cinemas and on television, and somehow get a piece of the financial pie for themselves.
There's just one problem. The..."SyFy Channel"...can't do what other people can do in the movie and television industries in the areas of Science Fiction and Fantasy. They never could. If the past 20 years of..."Comcast / NBC / Vivendi / GE - Universal"...erroneously owning and mismanaging the..."SyFy (Sci-Fi)"...Channel have proven anything, it is that they have been the WORST people in the business when it comes to trying to manage what is / was supposed to be a Science Fiction channel overall, and the WORST people in the business when it comes to trying to provide Science Fiction and Fantasy entertainment to the masses.
This blogger has seen it all (all of the B.S.) coming from this channel during the past 20 years. Beginning in 1999 when the condescending attitude towards all things Science Fiction began coming from..."Comcast / Vivendi / NBC / GE - Universal"...as it began its slow descent into thoroughly mismanaging the once great..."Sci-Fi Channel" of the 1990's.
The B.S. continued full force coming (cumming) from this channel in the 2000's as it...
1. Tried to deny that it was a Science Fiction channel during a good chunk of the decade because it was embarrassed in being one.
2. Turned itself into a low budget, Saturday morning..."Wayne's World-esque"....generic, basic cable channel instead, filled with every manifestation of generic crap programming one could imagine.
3. Polluted the airwaves with the likes of such crap as...
a. Sharknado
b. Geeks Who Drink
c. Scare Tactics
d. Dream Team
e. Ronald D. Moore's..."GINO" - (Galactica in Name Only)...series.
f. Helix
g. Into The Crapper - with Wil Wheaton
h. Ice Spiders
i. Frankenfish
j. Octo-Shark
k. Crossing Over - with John Edward
4. This blogger then experienced this channel going through..."Peer Envy"...of the other cable channels doing much, much better with Science Fiction television programming then they ever did / could.
5. "SyFy"...then tried to emulate how well these other cable channels were doing with Science Fiction / Fantasy programming by trying to compete with the likes of...
a. Blood Drive
b. Killjoys
c. Wynonna Earp
d. Van Helsing
e. Z Nation
f. Helix
6. There was and always is one main problem with the..."SyFy Channel"...
Everything they do comes across as...
a. Stunningly uninspired / Stunningly boring
b. Ill-fated responses to what they see going on around them. Too little, too late.
c. The overwhelming sense that the..."SyFy Channel"...isn't and never will be owned and managed by true Science Fiction fans, but instead is owned and managed by corporate idiots who never should have bought this channel in the first place back in 1999. And this sense always comes across in ALL of its programming.
This brings us to..."Krypton"...
In talented hands, this would have been a worthy addition to..."Supergirl"...on television, the other superhero shows on television, and all of the superhero movies. But again, we aren't dealing with talented people at the..."SyFy Channel"...
This blog predicts that..."Krypton"....will be nothing more than teenagers in space doing boring as shit activities that have nothing to do with super heroics or the..."Superman"...legend.

Read about the books Universal Studios has tried and failed to censor on Amazon.com, as well as other stuff...
And read the books at another location where Universal Studios and its stealth marketers won't be able to post negative, misleading (stealth marketed) reviews of the books via them purchasing candy and Rogaine Foam on Amazon.com (allowing them access to the book review section) and not actually buying and reading the books.
