"Peacock-Streaming" Has / Had The "Worst Business People on Earth" Running It
And Then There Are Some People Surprised With The FAILURE of "Peacock-Streaming??"
This Blog Was Giving The Warning Signs, Years Before It Failed, as to Why "Peacock-Streaming" Would Eventually FAIL
1. From Day one, it was underfunded by its corporate parent "Comcast / NBC- Universal."
2. "Peacock-Streaming" did not embrace originally produced, big budgeted, "Science Fiction / Fantasy Programming" as was / is the trend throughout the entire "Streaming Industry."
3. "Peacock-Streaming" sat on and did nothing with "Battlestar Galactica" through Sam Esmail from September 2019 to August 2024. The one property that would have given "Peacock-Streaming" a "Discernible Streaming Identity" along the lines of "Wednesday", "Stranger Things", and everything that "Disney +" owns.
4. Instead, "Peacock-Streaming" always went the "Cheap-Ass Route" with unasked for remakes of the "Low Budget Schlock" - "Punky Brewster" and "Saved By The Bell."
5. "Peacock-Streaming's" laughable coverage of the "Olympics" and all other sporting events always had endless technical flaws.
6. "Peacock-Streaming" through parent corporation "Comcast / NBC-Universal" just never owned anything of "Development Value" and instant "Beloved Recognition" along the lines of "Star Wars" and "Indiana Jones." They did own "Battlestar Galactica" but they shot that to "Utter Hell" through endless decades of "Corporate Idiocy" and "Mismanagement."
7. Congratulations, "Comcast / NBC-Universal!!" You "Trash-Junked" your own "Streaming Service" via just not giving a shit about your own profession overall. So, what else is new, right? It took you 4 years to do it (2020-2024), but by God you did it!!
Way to go!!
