And Now For This Exciting Update On Sam Esmail's (Still Alleged After 5 Years) "Battlestar" Project

Sam Esmail poses with a sheet of paper (blank of course) he just picked up off of his desk as he is about to pin it on his "Bulletin Cork Board" (nothing on it, of course.)

Sam Esmail: (gasping for air) "I'm exhausted!! Time to call it a day!!"

Of Course, "R.I.P.D. 2" is The Crown Jewel of "Universal 1440 Entertainment." If You Want to Be Optimistic via an Extreme Stretch of The Imagination

Browsing The "Turd Library" of This Recently Discovered Subsidiary of "Comcast / NBC-Universal", This Blog is Astonished at How Much Crap "SyFy Channel" Never Made Into a Crappy Sequel Series

https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Category:Universal_1440_Entertainment_films

It had everything not going for it. An immediate DVD flop after a brief airing, a stupid premise, and the ultimate time waster of a viewing experience.

You mean, the "SyFy Channel" didn't snatch this up for a 10 episode series?

Another direct to DVD flop. The "SyFy Channel" missed out on a real winner with this one.

As we all know, the "SyFy Channel" will snatch up anything (mainly the flops) if it's not nailed down, (particularly if it's not Science Fiction.)

So, it's a mystery to this blog why the 'SyFy Channel" never snatched this up for a 10 episode series.

Let the long haul begin!!

"So Say We All!!"

Did Reviews Like This Discourage "Comcast / NBC-Universal" From Doing Anything Further With The Already FAILED "R.I.P.D." Brand Name?

https://www.voicesfromthebalcony.com/2022/11/04/r-i-p-d-2-rise-of-the-damned-2022-review/

Interesting. The review mentions another laughable subsidiary of "Comcast / NBC-Universal"....

1440 Entertainment

This blog will immediately begin doing research on this subsidiary in order to start ridiculing it.

What We Will NEVER Get From "Peacock-Streaming:" An Official "Teaser Trailer" For Any Originally Produced Series, Regardless of Subject Matter No Matter How "Low Budget"

"Peacock-Streaming" couldn't even afford to make a "Teaser Trailer" about a "High School Stage Play"....

"So Say We All!!"

After Setting Up Two of The Most Dysfunctional Subsidiaries on Earth, "Comcast / NBC-Universal" Proceeded to Install The Most Incompetent Business People on Earth to Run Them

In the hands of any other corporation, these two businesses would have been thriving by now.

What Will "Peacock-Streaming" Be Known For if "Futurists" Were to Look Back On It Decades From Now?

"Multiple Identities" like "Disney Streaming?"

Nope!!

Clever programming like "Netflix?"

Nope!!

A proud, ongoing "Science Fiction Franchise" like "Paramount Plus?"

Nope!!

What then?

A "Garbage Dump" for all of "NBC's" old shows.

In other words, "Peacock-Streaming" will NEVER be known for anything distinctive....Past, Present, and Future.

"So Say We All!!"

Even When The Other "Streaming Services" Don't Even Try, They Are All (Still), Infinitely More Interesting Than "Peacock-Streaming"
