1. It tried getting away from Science Fiction entirely with cheap ass, crap programming in the decade of the 2000's and that failed.
2. It tried wrestling and that failed.
3. It tried raiding the..."USA Film Vaults"....for non-Science Fiction movies and that failed.
4. It tried emulating what the other cable networks have successfully done with Science Fiction programming and that failed.
5. It tried changing its name from..."Sci-Fi"....to...."SyFy"....and that failed.
6. It tried non-Science Fiction..."C.S.I."...reruns and that failed.
7. It tried stupid-ass horror movie concepts and that failed: "Sharknado"...."Leprechaun"...."Banana Splits"....
8. It tried an alcoholic drinking binge game show and that failed: "Geeks Who Drink"
9. It tried making television series out of box office flop movies and that failed: "12 Monkeys"...."Helix - John Carpenter's ...'Thing'...movie"...."Blood Drive' - Grindhouse"...Go figure...
10. It tried a kid's version of..."SyFy"...called..."SyFy Kids"...and that failed. And..."SyFy Kids"...lasted how long? Three minutes? You can't do a kid's version of a cable network already suffering from a massive identity crisis.
11. Of course, the..."SyFy Channel"...failed to revive..."Battlestar Galactica"...back in 2003 with Ronald D. Moore's..."GINO" - (Galactica in Name Only)....series. With an eternally frowning Edward James Olmos.
This blog is going to be blunt and just come right out and say it. It is the collective personalities of everyone who owns and mismanages the..."SyFy Channel"...on a daily basis that is causing it to not make money on a daily basis for 20 consecutive years. These people just never had it in them to own and operate a Science Fiction channel properly.
20 years later, the..."SyFy (Sci-Fi) Channel"...is still trying to find its on-air identity and is still experimenting with different types of failed programming..."Banana Splits"...to try and make money. That tells you something about these people.

Read about the books Universal Studios has tried and failed to censor on Amazon.com, as well as other stuff...
And read the books at another location where Universal Studios and its stealth marketers won't be able to post negative, misleading (stealth marketed) reviews of the books via them purchasing candy and Rogaine Foam on Amazon.com (allowing them access to the book review section) and not actually buying and reading the books.
