"Comcast / NBC-Universal" Continuing its "Shameful Corporate Tradition" of Mismanaging Everything it Owns

1. All three of the entities above remain the "Loser Subsidiaries" that they are because after failing repeatedly at what they were initially designed to do, parent corporation "Comcast / NBC-Universal" has repeatedly done nothing to course correct and improve these three subsidiaries in order to make them more attractive to consumers.

2. "Peacock" remains the "Half-Ass Streaming Service" that it is because "Comcast / NBC-Universal" has only put in "Half-Ass" the effort in managing it. If, even that.

3. Everytime "Comcast / NBC-Universal" has a failing subsidiary, it just forgets about it and continues to mentally vegetate.

4. This dysfunctional corporation is so set in its ways (in a bad way), that it has never had any desire to be competitive, improve itself in any way, or improve what it owns.

Is This The Way "Peacock-Streaming" is Trying to Attract More Than 20 Million Viewers?

Yes, after three years..."Peacock-Streaming"....only has an embarrassing 20 million subscribers. Compared to the 160 million subscribers of "Disney Plus" and other streaming services.

Instead of getting serious about reversing that embarrassing trend, "Peacock-Streaming" is still turning to the "SyFy Channel Half-Ass / Barely Trying Playbook" to try and attract more subscribers....

1. "Cheap Stunt / Freak Show / Low Budget Programming."

2. The "We Still Don't Give a Shit Attitude" of parent corporation "Comcast / NBC-Universal."

3. Simultaneously, the "We'll Still Be Damned If We Properly Invest in Peacock-Streaming" attitude of "Comcast / NBC-Universal."

Would the entire "Comcast / NBC-Universal Corporation" now (finally) like to begin seeing a psychiatrist?

The Brilliance, Excellence, and Expeditiousness of "Marvel Studios" Continues to Know No Bounds

And then we have "Universal Studios"....

The "Old Fart Studio" over 100 years old that still hasn't produced a single "Battlestar" movie in 22 years. With its fake press releases advertising such an alleged production during that same time.

"Marvel Studios" would have made dozens of "Battlestar" movies by now in the same amount of time.

"Comcast / NBC-Universal" Even Sucks at "Self Damage Control"

https://www.syfy.com/syfy-wire/battlestar-galactica-movie-updates-release-date-development-hell-streaming

1. In what "Psychotic Fantasy Land" does any alleged "Battlestar" production feel closer than ever to getting made after 22 consecutive years of it not being made on purpose by "Universal Studios?"

2. Yes, the "Chronological Time Line" of "Universal Studios" laziness (among other reasons) in not making this production has recently turned embarrassing for them within "Certain Water Cooler Discussions" within "Hollywood" to say the least.

3. As a result of those discussions, both Simon Kinberg and Sam Esmail individually and collectively now have about as much clout to make a high school stage play with a $1.98 budget.

4. As a side note, the phrase "So Say We All" was actually stolen from a second season episode of "Space: 1999" way back in 1976.

5. In what "Psychotic Fantasy Land" was Ronald D. Moore's "GINO"- (Galactica in Name Only) Series ever considered a "major cable hit?" It was on the brink of cancelation after the first airing of its mini-series (due to low ratings), struggled with low ratings seasons 1-4, and was cancelled due to low ratings at the end of season 4.

6. The above link is almost a year old. The hallmark of "Universal Studios Lazy Working Habits." Time always moves forward, while a "Battlestar" production never does, 2001-2023.

7. There has never been any "Production Team" moving forward on any alleged "Battlestar" project from 2001-2023.

8. It started with "9/11" and "Universal Studios" is continuing it with "Covid-19." Using man made and natural tragedies as a shield and an excuse for not making a "Battlestar Galactica"  movie after announcing the alleged production in a fake press release. Even though such tragedies are NEVER capable of physically stopping "Universal Studios" from making "Battlestar Galactica" movies for any reason. Are these tragedies capable of marching through the front gates of "Universal Studios" (in human form) and immediately (physically) seizing the film cameras and other moviemaking equipment?

The only way such tragedies hundreds and thousands of miles away from "Universal Studios" could physically stop a "Battlestar Galactica" movie from being made.

Let's Do a Little Test: Since Failing to Deliver a "Battlestar" Production of Any Sort on Two Fronts, Has Anyone in "Hollywood" Hired Simon Kinberg and Sam Esmail For Any Reason?

Since both alleged Productions were allegedly linked.

Told you so.

General, Objective Observation: The People Listed in "Fake Battlestar Movie / TV Show Press Releases" Who Also Haven't Moved On to Bigger and Better Things Within "Hollywood." A Correlation

This observation has also been made by "Lionsgate Studios", "New Line Cinema", and "United Artists" (now "Amazon - MGM")....

1. Simon Kinberg

2. Sam Esmail

3. Frances Lawrence

4. Dylan Clark

5. Michael DeLuca

6. Scott Stuber

7. Bryan Singer

8. Tom DeSanto

Being linked to "Universal Studios" even in a fake press release is career suicide.

Is "Peacock-Streaming" Gearing Up For The "Hallmark Channel Christmas Cruise?"

https://www.msn.com/en-us/travel/article/hallmark-announces-first-ever-christmas-cruise-with-stars-full-details/ar-AA1dJ9cu?OCID=ansmsnnews11

Because nothing says "we never had a discernible and marketable identity in the first place" than "Peacock-Streaming" having to team up with other corporations in order to try and survive.

Once Again, Listing Some of The Excuses "Universal Studios" Would Use to Shut Down Production on Any Alleged "Battlestar" Productions That Never Really Existed in The First Place

Civil unrest in "Uganda."

Stampeding elephants halfway around the world, anywhere.

Pollinating bees anywhere on Earth.

A crisis of any sort within "King Charles Royal Family."

Beached whales anywhere on Earth.

It didn't take much for "Universal Studios" to de-rail Simon Kinberg's and Sam Esmail's alleged "Battlestar" productions that never really existed in the first place.

What was it again?

"Covid-19" even though no other movie/tv productions were shut down at that time due to "Covid-19."

"Sharknado" Has a Fanbase Alright: They're All Working For The "SyFy Channel"

https://www.syfy.com/syfy-wire/sharknado-tenth-anniversary-ultimate-guide-to-syfy-film-franchise

"Self-Love" will NEVER be in short supply at the "SyFy Channel." Since it never gets love from anywhere else.

The "SyFy Channel" still loves itself to pieces over this hunk of junk....

The "SyFy Channel" has needed to love itself in order to partially survive.

At Some Point Early In Its Genesis, "Peacock-Streaming" Decided That It Would Not Be a Destination For "Fun"

https://www.netflix.com/tudum/articles/wednesday-season-2-renewed

The "fun" would be occurring on every other streaming service instead.

The Only Time a "Science Fiction / Fantasy / Horror" Project Doesn't Fall Apart For "Comcast NBC-Universal" is When It is Produced For The Low Budget "SyFy Channel"

Depressing, isn't it?

And even then, anything produced for this channel is always on extremely shaky ground as "Science Fiction" by definition.

Aside from a "Battlestar" movie always falling apart (which Universal Studios has been causing to fall apart on purpose since 2001)....

https://collider.com/metropolis-series-cancelled-sam-esmail/

"Comcast / NBC-Universal" also caused Sam Esmail's "Metropolis" remake to fall apart as well.

Don't believe the "Writer's Strike" excuses for a minute, this was "Universal's" dirty work every step of the way.

"John Carter" Failed at The Box Office Simply Because "Disney Studios" Didn't Elaborate Further on The Title

https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/John_Carter_(film)

If it had been called "John Carter: Warlord of Mars" or something along those lines, audiences would have known what the hell the movie was about.

"Peacock-Streaming" might want to start thinking along those lines with "Mrs. Davis."

From What This Blog Can Gather, On The Rare Occasion When "Peacock-Streaming" May Produce Something Science Fiction Related....

https://www.syfy.com/syfy-wire/the-best-sci-fi-tv-shows-on-peacock-right-now

....It has such a generic, bland title that it goes unnoticed.

All of The Retired, Former "Do-Nothing Battlestar Producers" Have Taken Up a New Hobby (Croquet)

Let's give a big, round of applause to....

1. Simon Kinberg

2. Sam Esmail

3. Frances Lawrence

4. Michael DeLuca

5. Scott Stuber

6. Bryan Singer

7. Tom DeSanto

8. Dylan Clark

The lethargic, mental capacity required to master this game should be just about right for all of the individuals listed above, and their "White-Collar Cohorts" at "Comcast / NBC-Universal."

What Sort of a "Business Message" is "Universal Studios" Repeatedly Sending to its Peers in "Hollywood" With Such Incompetence?

That it is "Intellectually Incapable" of making a simple "Battlestar" Movie again and again....decade after decade?

From what this blog has heard from the other major film studios in "Hollywood", that is precisely what "Universal Studios" has achieved amongst its peers who have all turned on "Universal Studios."

According to these reliable sources, not being able to make a simple "Battlestar" Movie within seven years, three years, in decades, is a sign of (and I quote)...."Severe and permanent fractures within the entire moviemaking infrastructure at Universal Studios, primarily intellectual."

Indeed!!

Put that sick puppy to bed, for good.

One of The Infinite Reasons Why The Other Major Studios Stopped Taking "Comcast / NBC-Universal" Seriously as a Corporation

https://variety.com/2020/film/news/battlestar-galactica-movie-simon-kinberg-writer-producer-1234813660/#!

It DOESN'T take this long to make a movie.

Almost three years.
