When the notorious corporation..."NBC / Comcast / Vivendi - Universal"...came in and bought / mismanaged / and trashed the channel in 1999, it began a notorious and aimless period of cable channel mismanagement that lasts to this very day, spanning 18 years.
3. To this very day, this troubled and mismanaged basic cable channel has no idea what its on-air identity is. Fluctuating wildly all over the map from tasteless horror movies..."Sharknado"...to tasteless television series..."Geeks Who Drink"...."Blood Drive"...to half ass and poorly made attempts at Science Fiction...."Killjoys"...to guaranteed mass market audience killing television series because they are based on limited appeal..."Dark Horse"...comic books..."Wynonna Earp"..., to the..."SyFy Channel's"...incredulous failed attempts at making successful television series out of box office flops and failed genres of cinema..."12 Monkeys"...."Grindhouse"....(Blood Drive)
