Is this before or after the past 10 years when Bryan Singer aborted all of these projects in a row?

It's a Safe Bet That The SyFy Channel Will Never...Ever Earn a Favorable Review From Anybody. "Wost Station on Cable?" You Bet!!

http://smashentropy.wordpress.com/2012/06/22/syfy-worst-station-on-cable/

Science Fiction fans were never, ever referred to as "Geeks living in their parents basements" until NBC-Universal and Bonnie Hammer (Corporate Racists against the Science Fiction fan community) came along and tried to pin that NBC invented stereotype on Science Fiction fans....At the same time they began "gutting" the former "Sci-Fi Channel" of any intelligence, wit, and imagination.

Quite frankly, of all of the corporate parents the former "Sci-Fi Channel" could have ended up with, NBC-Universal was and is the wrong corporation for the job, and the wrong corporation to still be owning this network. They have and had no business purchasing and mismanaging this network for any reason.

I would even prefer to have Science Fiction supplied to me by the "ESPN" Network.

NBC-Universal / SyFy Channel Has Kept The Entire Science Fiction Genre and The "Battlestar Galactica" Property "Prisoners" of Corporate Idiocy For How Long Now?

Decades at least!! Right?

Now Here's a Movie One Can Get Genuinely Excited About. Nice Family Entertainment Devoid of The "Toxic, Dark & Gritty Crap" Routinely Cranked Out By NBC-Universal / SyFy Channel

No Ronald D. Moore involved. No Bryan Singer involved. No Bonnie Hammer involved. In other words, guaranteed genuine entertainment is assured for all.

I'll definitely be circling the calendar date for this one instead of Bryan Singer's umpteenth sequel to "X-Men" that Richard Donner may actually be directing.

The "X-Men" movie series has had so many damn sequels that the series has now "Jumped The Shark" (overstayed its welcome.)

And in Her "Roundabout"..."Merry-Go-Round"..."Boomerang"..."Code Word"...Fashion, Bonnie Hammer Explains Why There is Nothing But "Junk" On Her SyFy Channel

Oh, really Bonnie? Do tell!! Is this why all NBC-Universal cable networks are doomed to failure with people like you running them?

Couldn't have said it better myself!!

I now have the "Official Corporate CEO Explanation" as to why former child stars from the 1970s are getting their testicles ripped off every week by mutant monsters of all shapes and sizes in the weekly low budget (and originally produced!!) horror movies of the SyFy Channel!!

Whew!! That's a big load off my mind!! I can now sleep soundly every night!!

In terms of "bonding" with SyFy Channel characters, I always did feel a particular special bond with Danica McKellar firing a flamethrower...if you know what I mean (wink, wink.) Even though I never watched this particular movie she was in!! There's just something about attractive women handling firearms, you know?

So...How Goes The Daily Grind at The Low Budget, "Welfare Joe", "Salvation Army" Cable Channel Known as SyFy?

The SyFy Channel!! Where not only the budget isn't there for anything decent, but also neither is the imagination!!

Where the SyFy Channel obtains all of its wardrobe items in bulk for all of its originally produced television series and movies.

Where the miniscule audiences of SyFy Channel, Bryan Singer, and Ronald D. Moore reside. In trailer parks across the country.

...And the typical audience member of SyFy Channel, Bryan Singer, and Ronald D. Moore. "Joe The Plumber" types.

SyFy Channel executives faced a conundrum. Since they aren't intelligent and imaginative themselves, how do they stay in business as a cable network? Why, they go after demographic groups who are more stupid than they are (if that's even possible.) Thus, they won't notice how stupid you are as television programmers. As a result, SyFy Channel has successfully nabbed the miniscule "Trailer Park, World Wrestling Federation, Snot Picking, Beer Guzzling, Sandal Flip-Flopping, Lawn Mower Engine in The Bath Tub".....Demographic.

Perhaps Bryan Singer Will Resume Concentrating on His "Guest Stint Television Career" If "X-Men: DOFP" Flops Next Year

If he really is directing "X-Men: DOFP."

The "Kardashian" show is always looking for guest stars. Imagine Singer sitting on the patio with Bruce Jenner having a few beers.

I See The SyFy Channel Hasn't Lost Its Flair For Sparkling and Imaginative Wardrobes in All of Its Productions

http://www.syfy.com

There is a definite deranged philosophy at work in the area of wardrobe for all of the actors in SyFy Channel original productions:

1. Keep the wardrobe in all SyFy Channel productions grungy and below middle class.

2. Never use bright and happy colors in the wardrobes of SyFy Channel productions. We never want to be known as a "Happy Network." We always want to be the "Dark...Gritty...and Manic Depressive / Bi-Polar Network."

3. Wardrobe items for all SyFy Channel productions should either be "Salvation Army Accessible" or "Local Shopping Mall Acessible."

4. Wardrobe items for all SyFy Channel productions will never be originally and imaginatively designed items. It would cost too much money to hire professional costume designers to do that.

5. Wardrobe items in all SyFy Channel original productions will be identical regardless of originally produced movies or tv shows.

Yes..."House" was a very good television series...as the many other producers who worked side by side with Singer with equal rank can testify to as they were collectively making the series.

Bryan Singer Has Banned All Talk Regarding "Jack The Giant Slayer?"

http://www.hollywoodreporter.com/news/bryan-singers-jack-giant-slayer-611388

A few items of note here...

1. "Bad Hat Harry Productions" actually exists and is not just an embarrassing logo at the end of his bad movies??

2. "Bad Hat Harry Productions" is actually a little shack on the "Fox" lot?? "Gilligan" and "The Skipper" would be so proud!!

3. Bryan Singer has interns??  What are the interns taught? How to make bad movies that fail at the box office?

4. "Jack The Giant Slayer" isn't the only topic these interns should be banned from talking about. How about also all of the projects Bryan Singer has abandoned over the years? That subject also should be a great big....."No...No!!!!"

The SyFy Channel Original Movie "Blast Vegas" (and Typical Turd Festival) Completely Went Underneath Everyone's Radar

http://www.lasvegasweekly.com/ae/fine-art/2013/jul/17/tv-review-syfy-channels-original-movie-blast-vegas/

What? The idiots on "Twitter" didn't take a shining to such a title to a movie as they did to "Sharknado?"

At the top of my head, I can come up with at least dozen cool premises related to a title such as "Blast Vegas." Unfortunately, SyFy Channel isn't fortunate enough to have me on their payroll.

Bryan Singer's "Greatest Hits" Would Fit Beautifully on a "Chronological Resume" Don't You Think?

It would be a perfect fit!! All of his aborted projects are in chronological order (by year!!) and cover the entire decade of the 2000s and the 2010s thus far!! Everything neat and tidy!! What's not to love about this? This just screams...."Chronological Resume"......!!!

Chances are...curious employers would only look at the first five years of this candidate's work history and go...."Yikes!!"

These Two "Fake" Press Releases Aren't Fading Away From The Public's Memory as Quickly as Universal Studios and Bryan Singer Would Like?

Universal Studios October 21st, 2011 "Fake Battlestar Galactica" press release. Deranged stealth marketing (in the form of Universal Studios deliberately sabotaging the "Battlestar Galactica" property in every way they can think of) works for Universal Studios only if press releases such as this one are forgotten the next day....."Oooops!!"

Bryan Singer caught off guard on August 3rd, 2012 when asked about the movie in the above press release he was supposed to have been working on for the previous 10 months. I didn't know Porky Pig had a human relative!!

The Latest "Wolverine" Movie Didn't Do Well at The Box Office. Does This Mean The Public Has Lost Interest in "X-Men" Movies?

http://www.cinemablend.com/new/Hugh-Jackman-Denies-Being-Offered-100-Million-Another-Decade-Wolverine-39036.html

After all, there has been an awful lot of "X-Men" movies in the past decade.

There is a such thing as "Too much of anything" regardless of whether or not it is perceived as being good or bad.

What does this mean for "X-Men: Days of Future Past" due next year?

Audiences already didn't want to see Hugh Jackman's "Wolverine" character is his own standalone movie this summer. Will they also not want to see the "Wolverine" character again in "X-Men: Days of Future Past" next year? Will audiences want to see any sort of an "X-Men" movie next year since they didn't particularly want to see a "Wolverine" movie this year? Has the "well of audience interest" dried up for "X-Men" movies after a decade of them and so many of them?

By the way...

"X-Men: Days of Future Past" has just wrapped principal photography...."Cough"....

http://www.inquisitr.com/909888/x-men-days-of-future-past-production-officially-wraps-photo/

Here's a suggestion. Bryan Singer could use a pseudonym for his on screen director's credit for "X-Men: Days of Future Past." Sort of a pre-emptive precaution in the event audiences are indeed tired of seeing "X-Men" movies. (If he did indeed direct it.)

Bryan Singer's name attached to yet another consecutive box office dud....The cosmic ramifications could be....cosmic.

Has The SyFy Channel Successfully Merged The "Video - Gaming World" Into a Profitable Venture For Itself Yet?

http://www.cnn.com/2013/05/07/tech/gaming-gadgets/defiance-tv-video-game

I didn't think so. Not yet anyway.

Eternally the optimist, I'll keep watching CNN and MSNBC for any news stories about the SyFy Channel suddenly striking it rich and becoming a wealthy cable network due to it successfully merging the two.

As of right now, all that it has gotten out of the deal is a fairly boring, mundane, and uneventful television series - "Defiance."
