A Scrap of Information Has Surfaced Regarding The Supposed DVD Release of "The 1978 Battlestar Galactica" Series on February 18th, 2014

http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00GX7D5G0/ref=ox_sc_sfl_title_10?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER

Yes, according to the listing of DVD contents on http://www.amazon.com, the Battlestar episode "The Magnificent Warriors" will not be included in this DVD set.

Is this some sort of "slam" against the late Brett Somers (once wife to the late Charles Nelson Reilly?) by Universal Studios? What did she ever do to Universal Studios? Was she a Republican? A Democrat even?

Stay tuned as the bizarre bits of information continue to leak out about this truly bizarre DVD release of the "1978 Battlestar Galactica" series by Universal Studios supposedly due February 18th, 2014.

The Science Fiction "Bermuda Triangle of Doom" - (SyFy Channel, Ronald D. Moore, Bryan Singer)

Let's face it. Whenever these three entities (SyFy Channel, Ronald D. Moore, Bryan Singer) get involved in Science Fiction in any capacity. Something always goes horribly wrong. It's as though the empty space in between the three of them forming a triangle is some sort of a "Netherworld Triangle" where Science Fiction properties and ideas with great promise are always squandered, eradicated, and ultimately vanish into some "Eternal  Post-Hiatus Graveyard" never to be heard from ever again due to bad management, bad producing, bad scriptwriting, bad directing, and all around lack of responsibility in getting things done the way common sense dictates how things should be done.

Between the three of them, Science Fiction properties of all shapes and sizes have...

1. Never been made at all.
2. Not made good enough.
3. Made in such a way where a short life span is always assured.
4. Abandoned perpetually.
5. Made in such a way where "Status Quo Boredom" is always the rule of thumb.
6. Made in such a way where the lack of talent behind the scenes is always painfully evident.

It is literally a "Triangle of Doom" where every Science Fiction property headed their way goes to meet its unfortunate fate.

If You Dig Long Enough On The Internet, You Will Find The Truth About "Helix"

http://www.tombsofkobol.com/forums/showthread.php?9611-Did-anyone-watch-Helix

http://www.showbuzzdaily.com/reviews/the-sked-series-premiere-review-helix.html

Buried underneath the miles of misleading and nonsensical press releases written by the "SyFy Channel Stealth Marketing Machine" is the truth regarding "Helix." Yet another underachieving SyFy Channel show devoid of any talent behind the scenes and hanging on for survival by the skin of its teeth due to low ratings.

"Sharknado"....."WWF Wrestling"...."Helix"......"Haunted Highway." The garbage is always the same on the SyFy Channel.

Yet Another, Universal Studios Authored "Battlestar Galactica Hoax" May Slowly Be Creeping Up On Us

http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00GX7D5G0/ref=ox_sc_sfl_title_10?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER

Supposedly, there is a reissue of the complete "1978 Battlestar Galactica Series" due on DVD February 18th, 2014. Supposedly, this reissue will supposedly contain 10 one sided discs containing all 17 episodes of this classic series Universal Studios has historically hated for 36 years.

With 2 and a half weeks left to go until this supposed release, with no updated information about this release on http://www.tvshowsondvd.com, while at the same time http://www.tvshowsondvd.com usually giving updated information about DVD sets not due for release until months later, I believe we can safely (once again) begin saying "foul" over Universal Studios orchestrating yet another hoax involving the "1978 Battlestar Galactica Series." Not even updated cover art of this supposed DVD release on http://www.tvshowsondvd.com due in supposedly 20 days? Hmmmmm!! Scratching my chin.

October 21st, 2011 - Universal Studios would never orchestrate hoaxes involving the "1978 Battlestar Galactica Series!!" Of course not!! Universal Studios is run by honest and noble people!! (Rolling my eyes!!) Except for this "fake" press release of theirs released on October 21st, 2011. Along with all of their other fake "Battlestar Galactica" press releases released in 2009, 2008, and 2001!!

August 3rd, 2012 - Universal Studios would never release a second fake "Battlestar Galactica 1978" press release roughly a year later (as they did here on August 3rd, 2012) with a stuttering Bryan Singer along for the ride. Of course not!! Universal Studios is run by honest and noble people!! (Rolling my eyes!!)

Plugging in Our "SyFy Channel / Reverse Psychology Translator", We See That "Helix" is Continuing its Irreversible Slide Into "Low Ratings Obscurity"

http://tvbythenumbers.zap2it.com/2014/01/27/syfys-hit-series-helix-shatters-channel-records-in-l7-leaping-82-in-adults-18-49-and-74-in-adults-25-54/232352/

The low ratings of "Helix" week after week are a cry for help and self-denial from the SyFy Channel. Maybe "Dr. Phil" could help them?

Is narcissism at play here with the inflated ratings claims of "Helix?" That would be my guess!!

Is Everyone Bored to Tears Yet? The Reality of "Helix" Has Come Into Focus With The Fourth Episode. Storytelling is Not The Strong Suit of The SyFy Channel and Ronald D. Moore

http://www.craveonline.com/tv/reviews/636061-helix-1-04-single-strand

Why does the SyFy Channel keep on trying? They should have given up this "gig" a long time ago. Trying to make it in the "Science Fiction / Fantasy" realm. They just aren't good at it. Never were.

Is 20th Century Fox Expecting a Soft Domestic Box Office Performance For "X-Men: DOFP?" That Would Explain All of The Advertising Being Done in England, Wouldn't it?

http://www.uproxx.com/gammasquad/2014/01/x-men-days-of-future-past-empire25/

Does "20th Century Fox" suspect that America is burned out on "one too many X-Men sequels?" That would certainly seem to be the case as the UK is now being targeted for "saturation overkill advertising" with "X-Men: Days of Future Past."

I suspect "20th Century Fox" already has the likely scenario mapped out mathematically:

1. A middling box office performance domestically.
2. A stronger box office performance internationally.
3. Domestic and international DVD sales finally saves "X-Men: DOFP" from total disaster.

From what I can tell thus far, "Empire Magazine" is the only entity in print excited about "X-Men: Days of Future Past."

Maybe "Mad Magazine" will do a parody of it if they even care.

Another Lie Backfires on Bryan Singer

http://grantland.com/hollywood-prospectus/does-excalibur-wolverine-2-x-men-first-class-director-bryan-singer-really-want-to-make-movies/

The title of this article used to have the movies "Excalibur", "Wolverine 2" and "X-Men: First Class correctly displayed with a line going through all of them because Bryan Singer in fact, did not direct any of these movies.

Whether it be Singer's publicity people who pressed to have the line removed, creating the false impression that he did direct these movies or Singer himself, the fact is now reinforced that Bryan Singer lies (routinely) about movies he either can't get off the ground himself via fake press releases, or now lies about directing movies other people in fact, directed. And these aren't teeny tiny lies, these are monstrous "multiple truck pileups on the highway sorts of lies"....

Excalibur:

http://www.cinemablend.com/new/Bryan-Singer-Excalibur-Remake-Dead-27411.html

Not only did Bryan Singer not direct any sort of an "Excalibur" movie, but no "Excalibur" remake movie was ever recently made by anyone.

Wolverine 2:

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1430132/

"The Wolverine", the second "Wolverine" movie immediately following "X-Men: Origins - Wolverine" was not directed by Bryan Singer, but rather James Mangold.

X-Men: First Class:

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1270798/?ref_=nv_sr_1

Bryan Singer did not direct "X-Men: First Class, Matthew Vaughn did.

Combine all of this with all of the other movies Bryan Singer announced via fake press releases, and you end up with a situation where you just can't believe anything Bryan Singer says.

These days, the only way to know for sure if Bryan Singer directed something, is to wait for a movie to come out, and look for his name in the "Directed by" credit.

As for Bryan Singer's  ongoing fake press releases claiming he is (was) directing something.....FORGET IT!!

His press releases are like "The National Enquirer." ALL FANTASY.

Not Only Will "X-Men: DOFP" Be "Too Much" Generally Speaking, But it Will Also Be Overly Bloated With Too Many Characters, And One Too Many "X-Men" Movies Already Made

http://voices.yahoo.com/is-x-men-days-future-past-going-just-too-12117069.html?cat=40

The "X-Men" movies are not the "James Bond" franchise. Where they can be reinvented fresh every decade with a new actor playing James Bond. The "X-Men" movies were never that good to begin with to warrant this many sequels. They were always marginal at best deserving no more than a trilogy at best. Not 5 movies and counting with a couple of "Wolverine" movies thrown in on top of that. This movies series was just never that good.

Reading between the lines, it appears these thoroughly unnecessary and umpteenth "X-Men" sequels are being made just to keep Bryan Singer employed, not satisfy a thriving commercial demand. If in fact he really did direct "X-Men: DOFP." It also appears from the sidelines that since Bryan Singer couldn't get any of his other projects made (see the list below), he now wants to settle into being "permanent 'X-Men' sequel director" (as a last ditch resort) if in fact he really did direct  "X-Men: DOFP."

At what point does 20th Century Fox realize that the "X-Men" movies have become nothing but the umpteenth, pointless excuse for actors wearing head to toe body prosthetics (covered in fur) running around in a thousand different directions for no reason at all?

These "X-Men" movies are a mindless free for all.

A SyFy Channel For Kids? Wasn't a SyFy Channel For Uninterested Adults More Than Enough?

Any cable channel aimed at kids that has (as its logo) a little cartoon character leaving behind a messy trail of blood as it moves should be the first "Red Flag" for parents.

This is like the frightening thought of Charles Manson reading bedtime stories to children.

http://www.syfy.com/kids/

Not being successful in anything having to do with Science Fiction / Fantasy has never stopped this channel from trying to breed. The abbreviation for "Syphilis" (SyFy) has also tried to branch off into video games and other multi-media platforms with dubious outcomes due to the SyFy Channel never telling the truth in their press releases in terms of reporting how they are actually doing in their various extracurricular endeavors.

Additionally, any channel that has a long sordid history of alienating every fan base in existence due to its unrelenting hostility towards every Science Fiction property there is (Battlestar Galactica, Flash Gordon, Farscape, Stargate) wouldn't be my first choice in targeting a new cable channel for children. These people never could play nice with adults, so how the hell are they going to play nice with children? The blood trail in the logo above just answered my question...

Keep these people away from children!!

I can just imagine with horror what the mindset of these people would be if they were trying to program for kids...

1. The Walking Dead - "Sesame Street"
2. The Walking Dead - "Romper Room"
3. The Walking Dead - "New Zoo Revue"
4. The Walking Dead - "Zoom"
5. The Walking Dead - "The Electric Company"
6. The Walking Dead - "Dusty's Treehouse"
7. The Walking Dead - "B.J.'s Gigglesnort Hotel"
8. The Walking Dead - "Micronauts"
9. The Walking Dead - "The Flintstones"
10. The Walking Dead - "Yogi Bear & Boo-Boo"

So sorry. This channel has been in existence for a year? Has it contributed to juvenile delinquency overseas yet?

Stealth Marketing Has Finally Become The Ultimate Manifestation of "Narcissism" For The SyFy Channel in The Midst of Their Routine Failures

http://www.tvshowsondvd.com/news/Helix-Season-1/19361

You have to hand it to the SyFy Channel. This channel never stops loving itself or adoring itself in the mirror no matter how much it routinely "flops" in the area of Science Fiction / Fantasy programming. The more it flops, the more it pours on the "self love" in the form of endless manifestations of stealth marketing always designed to wax over their less than stellar ratings with Ronald D. Moore and everybody else.

For example, how does the SyFy Channel lately deal with the "soft" ratings of one of its latest productions, "Helix?" It books a DVD release of the first season of "Helix" well in advance long before the first season ever airs. While at the same time routinely in denial over the "soft" (low) ratings of "Helix." In the midst of these "soft" ratings, the SyFy Channel "makes love to itself" with "fake" stealth marketed press releases such as these always unconvincingly claiming the contrary...

http://thefutoncritic.com/ratings/2014/01/15/syfys-helix-premiere-sets-new-channel-records-in-lplus3-growth-832414/20140115syfy01/

http://www.wnypapers.com/news/article/current/2014/01/17/114376/syfys-helix-premiere-sets-new-channel-ratings-records

http://tvbythenumbers.zap2it.com/2014/01/15/syfys-helix-premiere-sets-new-channel-records-in-l3-growth/229679/

While routinely being "bombarded" with the "wishful thinking / fantasy land" of the SyFy Channel, it's always important to keep yourself anchored in reality. The reality we all inhabit where the SyFy Channel actually performs as a business...

http://www.tombsofkobol.com/forums/showthread.php?9611-Did-anyone-watch-Helix

http://www.deadline.com/2014/01/syfys-thriller-helix-soft-in-debut/

Reality will never penetrate the "wishful thinking / fantasy land" bubble of the SyFy Channel. But, this channel will always engage in the "self adulation in the mirror" (self love) it is notorious for, no matter how much it routinely fails...
