Universal Studios and Bryan Singer Have Built Quite a Spectacle For Themselves For Future Hollywood Historians to Laugh Over

What does Universal Studios and Bryan Singer plan to do about these videotaped promises they keep making about this project they have no intention of producing? Videotaped promises that are captured, stored, and archived forever on videotape (for future Hollywood historians and anyone else to see) such as the two pieces of documented evidence above.

Because the only things Universal Studios and Bryan Singer have been accomplishing with these repeated and epidemic press releases of theirs (press releases they have been making since 2001)...and actual press releases repeatedly announcing this project 2001, 2009, and 2011....

is make themselves look incompetent, shady, dodgy, untrustworthy, not legitimate in the profession that they are in, (masking ulterior motives for repeatedly announcing this project they have no intention of making), and ill-qualified to be in the profession that they are in.

I think Universal Studios and Bryan Singer really want future Hollywood historians and anyone else to look back on these videotaped press releases of theirs and realize how incompetent, shady, dodgy, untrustworthy, and not legitimate in their chosen professions they really were. And no doubt future Hollywood historians and anyone else will also wonder what the ulterior motives were of Universal Studios and Bryan Singer repeatedly announcing this project they never had any intention of making. I suspect one of those ulterior motives involves the bottomed out careers of Glen A. Larson, and Bryan Singer using these press releases to try and project the illusion that they are still working in Hollywood.

In these areas, Universal Studios and Bryan Singer have succeeded admirably.

During The Past 10 Years Alone, The Trail Has Always Led Back to These Four People Whenever Things Have Frequently Gone Wrong With "Battlestar Galactica"

 

 

Glen A. Larson - This guy couldn't make a "Battlestar Galactica" movie during the past decade despite owning the theatrical rights as he has frequently claimed at comic book conventions. You mean, he couldn't just bypass Universal Studios and make this movie on his own? Long before now? Hmmmmm!!

Bonnie Hammer - This infamous woman put Ronald D. Moore's "GINO" (Galactica in Name Only) series on the air in 2003 despite the pilot / mini-series receiving the lowest audience test scores in television history.

Bryan Singer - It isn't just that Bryan Singer hasn't made a "Battlestar Galactica" movie beginning in 2001 despite repeatedly announcing such a production in 2001, 2009, and 2011. Bryan Singer's entire career lately has been nothing but a "naked Trans-Axle" grinding on pavement with a flurry of resulting sparks. Bryan Singer has announced roughly 12 projects combined for movies and television in the past 5 years alone, and hasn't made any of them.

Ronald D. Moore - His take on "Battlestar Galactica" ("GINO") was nothing of the sort. It was instead an erroneously titled Science Fiction / Soap Opera that apparently fulfilled his dream of being the "Star Trek" sequel series he always wanted to make without Rick Berman telling him..."No."

The Downward Spiraling Careers of Glen A. Larson, Bryan Singer, and Ronald D. Moore Have All "Bottomed Out"



Because you can't get any lower in Hollywood than repeatedly announcing the same old projects (or new projects) and never seeing those projects come to fruition.

These three guys are done in Hollywood. Any future press releases from the three of them should be accompanied with a sitcom "Laugh Track."

August 3rd, 2012 Press Release..."Stutter, Stutter, Toil and Trouble!! The demise of this movie may cost careers (reputations) a bundle!!" (Figuratively speaking of course!!)

 

 

Of course, how could the general public ever forget about these two press releases if they are constantly reminded of them?

Increasingly...Glen A. Larson, Bryan Singer, And Ronald D. Moore Are Looking Like "Flim-Flam Medicine Men" With Chronically Deceptive Internet Press Releases

Glen A. Larson has been doing it for years and years. Bryan Singer is the worst offender out of the three. Ronald D. Moore is trailing the other two but is slowly but surely catching up.

It's a pattern of behavior among the three of them we have been seeing again and again with greater frequency. Announcing that "stupendous...monumental" Science Fiction / Fantasy project that sounds just too good to be true...only to hear nothing of that project ever again and the project never materializes.

From all appearances, the three of these men have lost all clout in Hollywood, even within the smaller circles of Hollywood....a cable channel here, a cable channel there...and use these excessive Internet press releases of theirs to try and project the illusion that they are still in the game and still working. They then bank on the passage of time to fade the memories of their previous Internet press releases, after which they rebound again with a new wave of Internet fraudulent press releases.

I have noticed that the legitimate producers and writers in Hollywood who actually produce product on a continuing, reasonable schedule (Sam Raimi, J. Michael Straczynski, Shaun Levy, Nicholas Meyer) rarely if at all use the Internet to announce their upcoming projects. But instead, just forge ahead and actually produce something. You hear about their projects when they're actually in theaters and on television.

This is what differentiates the legitimate producers and writers in Hollywood...from Glen A. Larson, Ronald D. Moore, and Bryan Singer.

Perhaps Universal Studios And Bryan Singer Need to Get Out of The Profession of "Making Promises They Have No Intention of Keeping"

August 3rd, 2012 - Bryan Singer in serious need of a speech therapist. A year after this production was announced and all of this time Bryan Singer didn't have an art department designing sets and props while John Orloff was supposedly writing the script? And what is this incredulous nonsense about Bryan Singer "hoping to direct this movie at some point?" A year after a movie is announced, a director who should have already long since signed a contract to direct that movie should not be saying "I hope to direct it at some point" one year later.

October 21st, 2011 - The third "Galactica" production announced by Universal Studios and Bryan Singer in a decade. The first in 2001 (FOX TV), the second in 2009 (Theatrical), and this one (Theatrical.) None of the productions came to fruition.
