Business realities aside, this blog has always believed that "Comcast / NBC-Universal" NEVER had any moral / ethical right owning the "Battlestar Galactica" copyright / property for as long as it has. Simply from the standpoint of how frequently it has tossed the copyright / property into the trash heap via chronic inactivity spanning decades, and obvious / deliberate mismanagement in other areas as well. Primarily in crappy merchandising and fake press releases announcing fake movies and fake TV shows.
