The Various Things This Blog Has Learned About "GINO" - (Galactica in Name Only) Over The Decades

1. It's most alleged, creative phrase "So Say We All", was actually swiped from "Space: 1999" (1975-1977.)

2. The title "Battlestar", character names, and other vehicle names (Viper), were swiped for "GINO" from the "1978 Battlestar Galactica" series, as was the core premise. As very loosely followed as it was.

3. It was the real intentions of "GINO"- (Galactica in Name Only) to (1) preserve ownership of the "Battlestar" property, and (2) satisfy a "Laundry List" of objectives intended to repair what went wrong with "Star Trek: Voyager."

4. Indeed, as the low rated seasons of "GINO" progressed, so did the endless examples of "Techno-Babble" ala' "Rick Berman era Star Trek." With the aborted repair job on "Star Trek: Voyager" never actually occurring. But the lazy "Techno-Babble" increasing instead.

"So Say We All!!"
