If you're not careful and not paying attention...this channel will gradually change its identity from one moment to the next right before your very eyes hoping that you're not paying attention while it's doing so.
1. Up to 2015...this was the SyFy Channel's favorite pile of cannon fodder 75% of the time. The perfect pile of donkey dung and time waster for a channel (SyFy) that never had a discernible on-air identity. It was just...."That Channel"....showing wrestling 75% of the time.
2. It would then suddenly and without warning pull something...."Science Fictiony"....out of its corporate hat just to unsuccessfully try and deceive you (the viewer) into believing that it was still a Science Fiction channel.
3. As time went on, The SyFy Channel would then begin rotting and eroding right before your very eyes once again taking on this sort of...."Maury Povich - esque"....trashy attitude towards everything it would put on the air. If it wasn't nailed down and it was cheap and easily accessible...it would end up on the air...on the SyFy Channel. a. "C.S.I." reruns b. Any movie (any subject matter) from the Universal Studios film vault. c. The..."Geeks Who Drink"....television show. d. Anything produced by that horrid...."Asylum Films"....production company.
4. The garbage the SyFy Channel was putting on the air would then magnify a thousand fold with crapola movies like...."Sharknado".....which the SyFy Channel would try to pass off as...."Annual Event Programming"....
5. Science Fiction (never well done by the SyFy Channel) would then pop its head in once again on the SyFy Channel to unsuccessfully try and deceive viewers into believing that it was still a Science Fiction channel.

Yes....for four low rated seasons....NBC-Universal's....."Self Generated Stealth Marketing Community"....(Total Population: 12 Full Time Stealth Marketers)....tried to "Flim-Flam....Bulldoze....Hoodwink....Lie....Fib....Strong-Arm....Warp and Twist The Truth....and...Tried to Mislead The Public Into Believing....that Ronald D. Moore's "GINO" - (Galactica In Name Only) series....was the success it never was....
Behold!!...On March 20th, 2008....what the...."Mass Market General Public".....really thought of Ronald D. Moore's...."GINO" - (Galactica In Name Only)....series as the protective shield of stealth marketing failed to stand between the "GINO" cast members and the wrath and ridicule of David Letterman's general public audience.
This is how Letterman's audience responded to the..."GINO"....cast members that day....
1. Bouts of awkward and embarrassing silence.
2. The audience clearly being unaware of what this series was.
3. Being forced into applause from an off camera studio hand clearly yelling...."Yeah!!"...
4. Not laughing at the intended humor in the...."Top 10 List"......95% of the time.
5. The..."GINO"....cast members clearly sinking into embarrassment more and more as this tragedy in poor judgement (the..."GINO"....cast members being allowed on Letterman's show at all when they really weren't connected with a successful show at all) was allowed to continue to its embarrassing conclusion without cutting it short.

I guess Universal Studios was striving for the...."Mildewy....Charcoaly....Sandpaper Rubbed....Just Got Totaled By a Semi-Truck"....look to these crappy Blu-Ray covers. Isn't the object here to sell as many DVD sets as you can? Not the least? Not a great tag line to motivate consumers to buy this thing. Is it? Or anything else for that matter.
