Since 2001, Universal Studios And Bryan Singer Have Not Delivered One Single Science Fiction / Fantasy Project Together

Whether it be "Battlestar Galactica"...."The Munsters"....or any other Science Fiction / Fantasy related production.

Let's be blunt here. Since 2001 (11 years), Universal Studios and Bryan Singer have not been able to get their shit together and successfully collaborate on a "Battlestar Galactica" feature film (three times thus far, in 2001, 2009, and 2011) or any other theatrical or television project of that nature. This indicates one or all of the following:

1. A lack of ambition and drive from the two of them.
2. No ideas from the two of them as to how to proceed with such a project.
3. An unspoken hostility from the two of them for "Battlestar Galactica."
4. An unspoken hostility from the two of them for Science Fiction in general.

What is interesting to note about Bryan Singer's IMDB page, is that even when he is listed as the "Executive Producer" on a project...it still doesn't get made. Primarily with the Science Fiction / Fantasy projects.

Thus far, Bryan Singer can't or won't venture beyond the failure of "Superman Returns"  to tackle other types of Science Fiction and Fantasy in the movies and on television.
