Doomed! The Untold Story of Roger Corman's The Fantastic Four [Blu-ray]

Back in 1994, a low budget..."Fantastic Four"...movie was made and never released by Roger Corman for the specific purpose of merely preserving copyright ownership of the title, characters, and premise for all those involved. Not for entertaining an audience.

Isn't that interesting? A decade later in 2004, Ronald D. Moore's..."GINO" - (Galactica in Name Only)...series was made not for the purpose of entertaining an audience, but rather for the specific purpose (just like the..."Fantastic Four"...movie) of preserving copyright ownership of the title, characters, objects, and premise for all involved.

In both instances, the casts and crews of these productions thought that they were making something incredibly profound and meaningful for the noble purpose of entertaining an audience. In both instances, it was nothing of the kind for those who controlled the purse strings.

The sad / true story of the..."Fantastic Four"...begins in the links above and can be referenced elsewhere online.. The true story of..."GINO" - (Galactica in Name Only) is in my post immediately below this one.

Isn't it interesting (and EERIE) how individual instances of how disgusting the entertainment industry can be often parallel one another unknowingly to all involved?

Read about the books Universal Studios has tried and failed to censor on Amazon.com, as well as other stuff...

And read the books at another location where Universal Studios and its stealth marketers won't be able to post negative, misleading (stealth marketed) reviews of the books via them purchasing candy and Rogaine Foam on Amazon.com (allowing them access to the book review section) and not actually buying and reading the books.
