Universal Studios Has Taught The World How To Wreck a Perfectly Legitimate Science Fiction Franchise (On Purpose) With a Simple "Two Pronged Strategy"

Strategy #1

Not doing anything at all with the property. Endless procrastination.

A. Universal Studios and Glen A. Larson have been in court over "Battlestar Galactica" since dinosaurs roamed the Earth with no resolution ever reached allowing the property to move forward with any sort of upward mobility. Either both sides have the worst lawyers on the face of the Earth or the endless court proceedings have really been....."False Flag Operations"....by design specifically engineered to keep the "Battlestar Galactica" property in "Development Hell" on purpose forever.

B. It was Universal Studios that astonishingly ignored the "Science Fiction Boom" in syndicated television in the late 1980s and early 1990s with "Star Trek: The Next Generation", "Babylon 5", "Deep Space Nine", and "Star Trek: Voyager" and did nothing with "Battlestar Galactica." It still hasn't been "Officially Identified" yet in "Business Operations Manuals" as to what Universal Studios routinely does on a daily basis....."Avoiding making money (hundreds of millions of dollars) on purpose."

C. Had enough of the "Fake Battlestar Galactica Press Releases" from Universal Studios yet? Universal Studios hasn't. Its latest fake one is below. From April 7th, 2014 with of course, no further elaboration on this project from Universal Studios going on three months.

D. Don't own what you clearly have and have always had a strong distaste for. Universal Studios has clearly never liked...."The 1978 Battlestar Galactica Series"....which is what "Battlestar Galactica" is. I would be the first to tell Universal Studios to sell whatever property that has always motivated it to mismanage it on purpose with no constructive business agendas ever being reached on purpose. It was a bad match from day one. Universal Studios and "Battlestar Galactica" simply do not mix well in any business sense. Universal Studios has sacrificed hundreds of millions of dollars over the decades via mismanaging "Battlestar Galactica" on purpose simply because they don't like the property. How insane is that? If you hate something that much which you own, put yourself out of your own misery and sell the damn property.

"Battlestar Galactica" has fit in with the "Business Portfolio" of Universal Studios like a square block would fit in to a round circle.

Strategy # 2

Make sure every decision you make with "Battlestar Galactica" is a bad one on purpose.

A. Hire Ronald D. Moore to make a "Battlestar Galactica" series that really isn't a "Battlestar Galactica" series. Moore's..."GINO" - (Galactica in Name Only) series was everything under the sun except "Battlestar Galactica."....."Species"...."Star Trek"...."Blade Runner"....You name it.

B. Release a DVD box set of...."The 1978 Battlestar Galactica Series".....a decade ago with intentionally cracked, intentionally freezing, and intentionally grainy discs. It took Universal Studios a decade to release this series again without the disc problems although the grain is still there.

C. Universal Studios wants to reimagine "Battlestar Galactica" according to its latest and fake April 7th, 2014 press release. It doesn't need to be reimagined....period.

The entire subject of this post would fill an encyclopedia but I'll close it for now.

Read the books Universal Studios has tried and failed to censor on Amazon.com...

And read these books at another location where Universal Studios executives and its stealth marketers won't be able to post negative, misleading (stealth marketed) reviews of the books via them purchasing candy and Rogaine Foam on Amazon.com (allowing them access to the Amazon book review section) and not actually buying and reading the books. I'll leave the other 150 global locations under wraps for now.
