Farewell Richard Hatch. Along With Carrie Fisher And Christopher Reeve, Richard Hatch Made The Science Fiction Entertainment Of Our Youth And Adulthood That Much Better

Richard Hatch remains closely synonymous with the 1978 Battlestar Galactica series because he and the other cast members were so good in it. Thanks to Richard Hatch and the other Battlestar cast members for providing decades of epic Science Fiction entertainment in only 17 episodes. This is an achievement this blog will always appreciate and never forget. This series remains limitless in its storytelling and conceptual possibilities.

Richard Hatch brought heroics, love, warmth, and concern for others to his portrayal of Captain Apollo in the 1978 Battlestar series. With these qualities, he interacted with Lorne Greene, Terry Carter, Dirk Benedict, Herb Jefferson Jr., Maren Jensen, Laurette Spang, Anne Lockhart, Noah Hathaway, and Tony Swartz with dignity and credibility.

Condolences to the family and friends of Richard Hatch.
