This is the cheap ass tinker toy bridge set NBC-Universal and Ronald D. Moore came up with instead (knocked out in a three minute brainstorming session) with a production budget of ...$1.98...for their..."GINO" - (Galactica In Name Only)...production...

Was that cheap ass bridge set built inside of someone's cramped basement in beautiful downtown Vancouver, British Columbia?
