The..."1978 Battlestar Galactica"...series. It could have been a franchise to rival..."Star Wars"...and..."Star Trek"...for the past 39 years and still could be.
The reasons for all of these stunning and staggering failures on the level of a nuclear blast are the people themselves who own and mismanage Universal Studios and the SyFy Channel daily. They are absolute idiots and always will be idiots. It's a combination of them simply not being wired correctly psychologically to handle Science Fiction and Horror and having no great love for both genres in actuality.
