Universal Studios May Be Playing The "Waiting Game" With "Battlestar Galactica", But Fans Are Also Playing The "Waiting Game" With Universal Studios

What are "Battlestar Galactica" fans waiting on? Waiting for Universal Studios to finish the job in destroying its own reputation as a valid, significant, and reputable supplier of science fiction based productions in television and the movies.

Bit by bit....inch by inch...yard by yard....For the past 35 years, Universal Studios has been gradually destroying its own reputation as a "to be taken seriously corporate entity" in the realms of "Battlestar Galactica" and science fiction in general. Their endless (and gradual) mismanagement of the SyFy Channel and the "Battlestar Galactica" property (over a period of time) has tightened the noose (reputation destruction) around their own corporate neck, and it has been a joy to behold!!

As Universal Studios latest, Fake "Battlestar Galactica" press release proved on October 21st, 2011...they are nothing more than the "movie maker equivalent" of the "National Enquirer" trashy tabloid magazine. File this latest "fake" press release of theirs in the same file as "Bigfoot sighted drinking tea with Elvis in Memphis."

Since Bryan Singer hasn't had much of a movie career since the early 2000s, he might as well be a willing accomplice to the endless, fake "Battlestar Galactica" press releases coming out of Universal Studios since 2001. (What else does he have to do to occupy his time?) This "fake" press release from August 3rd, 2012 illustrates Bryan Singer "stuttering" himself into a bad reputation situation that "X-Men: Days of Future Past" probably won't be able to get him out of.

Since Bryan Singer has directed three previous (and consecutive, and commercially unsuccessful) really bad movies ("Jack The Giant Slayer", "Mockingbird Lane", and "Valkyire")...what guarantee is there that "X-Men: Days of Future Past" will be a good movie? If in fact, Bryan Singer really is directing it? When you combine this with Bryan Singer's astonishing and ever growing list of fake press releases from the past, where will this leave him career wise if "X-Men: Days of Future Past" sucks and fails commercially?
