Universal Studios May Technically Own "Battlestar Galactica" But They Have Always Treated It Like a "Public Domain Entity"

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Space_Mutiny

Allowing spaceship footage you own to show up in a movie you don't own is a blatant example of non-technical..."Public Domain Non-Ownership".....

Universal Studios has always wanted it both ways. They want to technically own..."The 1978 Battlestar Galactica Series"....but they don't want the responsibilities involved in acting like the true owner of the property....In other words...Universal Studios has never been the true adult in the room in taking care of this property...

1. Allowing its footage to be swiped for other movies.
2. Not taking care of..."The 1978 Battlestar Galactica Series"....original negatives in storage.
3. Allowing Ronald D. Moore to try and mutate it into a piece of shit version of...."Star Trek"....
4. At this late date...still unable to even crank out attractive box art for the series....

This crappy box art makes..."The 1978 Battlestar Galactica Series"....look like a public domain entity owned by no one. Universal Studios intention all along no doubt.

Read the books Universal Studios has tried and failed to censor on Amazon.com...

http://languatron.freeforums.org/viewforum.php?f=60

And read these books at another location where Universal Studios executives and its stealth marketers won't be able to post negative, misleading (stealth marketed) reviews of the books via them purchasing candy and Rogaine Foam on Amazon.com (allowing them access to the Amazon book review section) and not actually buying and reading the books. I'll leave the other 150 global locations under wraps for now.
