Behold!! Let's Take a Look At One Of The "Home Video" Titles NBC-Universal Gave Better Treatment To Than "Battlestar Galactica"

Yes..."The Munsters Scary Little Christmas".... was one of the hundreds of DVD titles Universal Studios gave better treatment and better respect to than...."The 1978 Battlestar Galactica"....series. A nice, crisp clear image....and nice squeaky clean box art.

I have nothing against..."The Munsters"....The show is great fun. Both the classic series with Fred Gwynne and Yvonne DeCarlo...and the remakes such as the flick above.

Did it deserve better treatment on Home Video than what..."The 1978 Battlestar Galactica"....series ever got? No!!

This is the....SHODDY TREATMENT....the...."1978 Battlestar Galactica"....series got from NBC-Universal (Universal Studios)....

1. Crappy ass box art. (They didn't even try to make the box art attractive to the consumer.) Which ever so conveniently ties in with the argument Universal Studios has always shoved in front of itself like a shield for decades. "The....'1978 Battlestar Galactica'....merchandise just doesn't sell en masse to consumers." The irony being that low selling...."1978 Battlestar Galactica"....merchandise has always been the fault of Universal Studios itself via a carefully choreographed...."Man Made Catastrophe"...( think Flint, Michigan)...spanning decades on the part of Universal Studios consisting of intentionally screwed up merchandise Universal Studios keeps littering store shelves with (on purpose.)

2. One episode missing from these Blu-Rays....."The Magnificent Warriors"....

3. Serious framing issues with the widescreen versions of these episodes.

4. Reports indicating that any supposed digital clean up of the episodes was not done professionally and not as well done as it could have been done.

5. There were no new extras produced for this crappy Blu-Ray release, and were instead 10 year old extras carried over from..."The Battlestar Galactica - Complete Epic Series"....DVD release from October 2003 with its own endless issues with manufacturing defects....

a. Cracked Discs
b. Freezing discs
c. No digital clean-up of the pilot episode in particular.

When it comes to the...."1978 Battlestar Galactica".....series....The corporate mind (a scary entity) of NBC-Universal has always been in the gutter with junk like this instead....

And this....

And this....

And this....

Read the books Universal Studios has tried and failed to censor on Amazon.com...

http://languatron.freeforums.org/viewforum.php?f=60

And read these books at another location where Universal Studios executives and its stealth marketers won't be able to post negative, misleading (stealth marketed) reviews of the books via them purchasing candy and Rogaine Foam on Amazon.com (allowing them access to the Amazon book review section) and not actually buying and reading the books. I'll leave the other 150 global locations under wraps for now.
