Gee!! Look At The Superior Packaging The "1978 Battlestar Galactica" Series Always Gets Overseas As Opposed To Here In The United States!!

Yeah, OK. The guy is speaking in German for those of us who may not understand him. But the common Universal (no pun intended) theme of..."Shared Visual Experience"...among all of us is plain as day. Mainly, that the...."1978 Battlestar Galactica"....series got superior packaging in Germany as opposed to all of us here in the United States.

One of those BIZARRE and truly ECCENTRIC marketing strategies Universal Studios has always held firmly in place with the...."1978 Battlestar Galactica"....series going back 38 years. Mainly, that foreign countries (always off the beaten path of where the fan base for this series has always been centrally located....here in the United States)...always get the superior packaging for this series.

In this particular case, the primary difference being, nice and shiny....Black Ice....metal (tin?) in the packaging in these German releases. Unfortunately, some of the crappy looking box art still remains on the external metal boxes of these German releases. Shown below.

Instead....this is an example of the JUNK on cardboard we have always gotten....

As I have always said in the past. Because of continued examples of Universal Studios continued...IDIOTIC & CRAPPY MANAGEMENT....like this....the..."1978 Battlestar Galactica"....series remains a...SLEEPING GIANT!!

Read the books Universal Studios has tried and failed to censor on Amazon.com...

http://languatron.freeforums.org/viewforum.php?f=60

And read these books at another location where Universal Studios executives and its stealth marketers won't be able to post negative, misleading (stealth marketed) reviews of the books via them purchasing candy and Rogaine Foam on Amazon.com (allowing them access to the Amazon book review section) and not actually buying and reading the books. I'll leave the other 150 global locations under wraps for now.
