Yes, the SyFy Channel is attempting (think the late Evel Knievel attempting a dangerous jump over a row of Greyhound busses) to do a prequel series set on Superman's home world. Since the SyFy Channel did such a stellar job a decade ago trying to make heads or tails out of...."Battlestar Galactica 1978"....(rolling my eyes)

This blog has succeeded in obtaining some advanced information on this Superman prequel series. "Budget cutting"....will be the catchphrase here...as the SyFy Channel employs the same budget cutting tactics it used on Ronald D. Moore's..."GINO" - (Galactica in Name Only) series a decade ago...

Yes...it's Superman's home world and Capital city (Kryptonopolis) as it will appear in the...."Krypton"....series on the SyFy Channel. If it looks like Vancouver, British Columbia that's because it really is!! The SyFy Channel shoots there no matter what regardless of what television series they are working on...with no post-production optical effects ever added to try and jazz things up a little bit to try and give it an otherwordly look.

If you'll remember...Vancouver, British Columbia also doubled for all of Ronald D. Moore's otherworldly cities in his "GINO" - (Galactica in Name Only) series. Prompting the "GINO" miniscule viewership to always notice..."Oh look!! It's Vancouver British Columbia....again ('cough')..."

Superman's Dad, Jor-El...as he will appear in the..."Krypton"....television series. You might recognize the business suit. Similar business suits were worn by all of the cast members in Ronald D. Moore's "GINO" - (Galactica in Name Only) series.

And read these books at another location where Universal Studios executives and its stealth marketers won't be able to post negative, misleading (stealth marketed) reviews of the books via them purchasing candy and Rogaine Foam on Amazon.com (allowing them access to the Amazon book review section) and not actually buying and reading the books.
